I recently needed to replace some printer ink and decided to stop here. The store is located on the southern corner of the plaza. When I came in, they weren't very busy at all. I was able to quickly browse and find what I needed. Checkout was fine. It took awhile for someone to come to man the cashier's desk. The staff was doing other things. But not long enough for me to get upset about it. I have a corporate account that I've used at this chain forever. So it's convenient and gives me rewards for returning used cartridges, as well. Now that I know they are here, I'll be back.

The service was horrible! I stood waiting to be served at the print center while the service person…read morewent on and on with a customer never even saying I'll be right with you. Another service person stood by ignoring me. When I was finally served after close to an hour the person said the one picture I was trying to print had to be emailed never explaining how or why. She moved the picture to email I had no idea what to do with it. When I tried to print it it was cut off. When I tried to get help I was told the orientation could not be changed and would have to go through the whole process again while the de service person completely ignored me. My recommendation would be to stay clear of this business.

While I understand the process of printing orders when I attempted to address my concern about the printing process, Ashley responded in a way that I found to be unhelpful and discourteous. Rather than attempting to resolve the situation, the interaction felt dismissive and lacked the level of professionalism I would expect from someone in a management position. As a customer, I value respectful communication and a willingness to assist when issues arise. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling frustrated and dismissed as a customer. I am bringing this matter to your attention in hopes that it can be reviewed and addressed appropriately. I would appreciate it if you could look into this situation and consider providing additional customer service training or guidance to ensure future customers and myself have a more positive experience.
