Today I came in to actually mail a Christmas gift. I've been coming here for Amazon returns, this is the first time I'm mailing from here in years. Besides mailing they have many mailboxes for rent , packing materials & printing services. After standing online, I was told that I could not mail the package in a Styrofoam envelope that I would have to purchase a box. This store never has a line and they are quick and efficient ! It's a small store but they have everything. They're also not picky about how a box is packed and will put on extra tape if needed, no charge. My go to UPS store. read more

Went to drop a prepaid package off today. I let them know I didn't need a receipt and left it by the counter as I've done in other stores many times. This time I was told by the woman that I couldn't do that and would have to wait in line. Small rules for small people. I ship dozens of packages each week and will be sure to not use this location to do so in the future. I recommend you do the same. read more

The absolute worst customer service at this particular store!! The manager Steven is the rudest person I ever met. When Corporate did a 3 way call with me on the phone, he was so rude to corporate as well. I cant believe UPS lets this person be the face of UPS. Stay away from this store, there are plenty of UPS stores in the area. I would also consider sending packages thru USPS or Fed EX! UPS service at this store is disgraceful. Unfortunately I dropped my tax return off to be mailed to IRS at this store #4493. It cost $26.12 so I could track it. I went back last week to the same store and was told the tracking number on the receipt they gave me was not a valid UPS number-I should go to the post office. I went to the post office and was told it was not their number. When I returned to the UPS store they said there was nothing they could do because they couldn't track it. I put a stop on their payment with Mastercard and will pursue a civil case if IRS penalizes me due to a late tax return. There was no attempt to find a solution. This was the worst customer service experience I have had, ever. The owner needs to fire Stevens and bring someone in who does not smirk at you when they are telling you something they know you don't want to hear. I have never been more embarrassed than when this man picked up my belongings, walked out of the store and places them on the ground, because that is where customers have to pack their own items. If I could give them lower than one star I would. This place steals your money. I paid $350 to ship a package that never got to the place. The package was worth over $1200. So now I'm out over $1500 and they refuse to take any ownership- refuse to refund my shipping costs, refuse to even talk to me. So now I'm forced to talk to the BBB, lawyers, and anyone else who will listen. Whatever you do, do not send your packages through this store. read more

First I'd like to say that this is a very good store, the service is fast and UPS is a very dependable company and that deserves at least 3 stars. But I became aware of a potential problem which I'll warn you about. I packed my own box at home. I weighed it on my bathroom scale (which is digital) and measured the dimensions with a tape measure. Then I put all the information in the freight calculator on UPS.com including the addresses. UPS calculated $18.58 which was their lowest rate for UPS Ground. Print out this calculation generated by the UPS webpage and bring the print-out to the store with your package when you drop it off. You don't actually need the print-out to ship a package but you'll have it if there's any dispute over the freight charge. When you go to the UPS store make sure that they don't add $3 for a home pick-up or anything else. If you have to you can show the counter attendant the print-out from UPS.com - because that shows the correct freight charge (within a dollar difference) - and let the store attendant explain any difference in freight cost. Apparently a customer saves $3.00 by bringing their package to a UPS store which is already on the driver's route, so it's not an extra stop for the driver for a home pick-up. When you think about it, how could any customer coming to a UPS store be a home pick-up? That just doesn't make any sense! It feels very disconcerting when a counter attendant makes an "error" which results in an overcharge. Bring your UPS.com print-out with you so that you can point out their "error" and argue intelligently about the overcharge before any money changes hands and before the shipment information is recorded into the UPS computer. UPS can be around the same cost as the post office if you use them correctly as I have described. Good luck! read more

I had never been to this location before but was in need of a printing service. Stevens was the absolute best help I could have ever asked for. Even though I had no clue how to print out my jpeg file correctly, he patiently gave me clear instructions as to how to do it. He also took over when it was clear I had no understanding of how to send the attachment! The store is clean and welcoming, the service is quick and the gentlemen I saw working there were knowledgeable and polite.
