You can return Amazon packages here, drop off packages with prepaid FedEx labels, or purchase a shipping label if you need to send something out. They also offer self-service printing, which I've used several times. It's very easy to upload your documents through their email system, receive a retrieval code, and print your items at the self-service machines. You can choose between color or black and white depending on what you need. Staff has always been helpful whenever I've had questions or needed assistance. They even have a large-format printer capable of producing posters, blueprints, and architectural or construction documents, which is especially helpful for specialized projects. Huge shoutout to the patient and awesome manager who helped me out last week. I usually zip in and out here, using the self service copiers and the retrieval code method. But this this time, when retrieving my documents, the screen just spun and spun. So I switched to a different copier, and the same thing happened. Luckily the manager offerred to help me and explained that even though the pdfs and pngs I wanted to print were acceptable formats, their system cannot process long file names with dashes in the name, which is typical with Google docs. Apparently I've been renaming my files in the past, but not that particular time! For a $3 or so fee on top of printing costs, she printed out the documents herself from behind the counter. The place with the best print! I came to this FedEx to print out documents needed for an dinner event hosting. Upon entry, I noticed how calm the are inside and out was. The staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions or concerns I had about their printing machine. The print machine is very quick and easy to use, I was done in under 5 minutes. The machines are set to the side of the store and well organized. You are able to print out many documents in various sizes for your need. The card reader attached to the machines are also relatively easy to use with the step-by-step instructions. Overall, I would recommend this place for everyone's print, fax, and shipping needs. read more

I needed to ship a large box internationally and didn't have the capability of printing my label at home. I went to the store hoping to print the label there. Upon entering, there are signs on the door for your mask and circles on the floor of where to stand to help social distance. The store began to get busy. I was happy to see the mask rule being enforced while I was there. Someone tried to walk in without one and he was politely informed he would need to step out to get a mask. Taylor was the woman that helped me. She said it was no problem to print the labels for me. She was very patient and friendly. I was having internet issues trying to email the label so I could wrap up and leave. The entire time Taylor never seemed annoyed with me. She did go help other customers while I stepped outside to figure out my internet. When I came back in, she told me she'd be right back with me. Finally after 20 minutes, we got it figured out and my package shipped! I wanted to offer her a small token of my appreciation but that's against company policy. Going to a FedEx location; when you miss a delivery is one of the options that FedEx does. My package required a signature and I work in business hours so I ended up calling them and finding out what location my package will be at. Customer service on the phone was unclear because they said they will call me when my package is ready. They never called but I called them back and found out where it will be. Once at this Boynton Beach location, employees' professionalism was terrible. I was waiting and there were two people in front of me. Another person stood behind me, once my turn came they decided to take care of the person behind me, possibly due to the fact they knew them. The lady at the counter said, "Oh I will just take care of this gentleman first since it will take less time." Actually it takes more time if I wait further, but I did not want to argue. The location itself is big with a self service counter for packing etc, plus products related to shopping and sending are a lot. If it wasn't for the fact that intel only shipped via FedEx I would never of used their services. FedEx is horribly overpriced for the services offered and the customer service at this location was atrocious. The sales clerk locked the door as I approached the building and then proceeded to ignore me until after the store was officially closed and then proceeded to tell me they can no longer open up due to security risk. Friendly desk service, easy self-service printers, was able to get everything I needed printed, and even found some relatively inexpensive folders to place my documents without having to hole punch and bind. This FedEx location on the corner of Gateway and Congress is a good one. Admittedly, I didn't know one was located at this corner -- thinking it would be further south by Boynton Beach Mall and the Super Target plaza. Nor did I know where they could be located, as it took me a good 10 minutes to figure out where this was, before finally realizing it was in a spot I had overlooked repeatedly (southwest part of the plaza closest to Congress. Just follow the parking lot from Tuesday Morning, and you will see it on the left. Granted the FedEx truck that was picking up outside of the entrance was a dead giveaway, but still, it seemed to be nestled away. But I attribute this to your eye only viewing the main shops on the right when you enter from Gateway, plus the only thing you see on the left is Chili's -- and who the hell wants to go in there? But I found the FedEx location very clean and organized, well mapped out without being cluttered. Finding someone to ring up my order was easy as the people behind the desk were friendly and helpful. Say you needed copies of a life-changing mission statement printed in a hurry, (Jerry Maguire flashback), or perhaps you need to access and print something off of your email... well this is the place to do so. Stopped in on Sunday afternoon to access my email and print some documents needed sooner than later.. was directed to utilize the self serve computer stations. On screen timer calculates costs based on time elapsed and charges a debit/credit card inserted into reader. For some reason, my document did not print although verified and instructed to. The Assistant Manager was more than happy to print the document for me as not to repay for service that was not complete. Transaction was smooth and quick despite technological failures... As a graphic designer, this is by far the best and closest "big box shop" I go to get my designs printed up without having to do mass printing of 1K+ only as many local independent printers require. *le sigh*(I would much rather support local independents, but their requirements prevent me from doing so). It's hard to find a printing business in Palm Beach County where everything is consistent time and time again: the service, the response rate or the quality of work. However, their employees are more professional and knowledgeable of what they're doing when it comes to printing and types of paper. Some other shops are amateurs and waste my time with their constant printing errors (at no charge to you... but that's gotta hurt their business if they keep doing that). Their chain prices are extremely reasonable for the quality you're getting on most products. and I love their free quoting on their website. I love the attention to detail and the care they take of their product and their service. FedEx rips off it's best customers. They are thieves. I went to send a package at this location. I am new to South Florida so my ID is still my old license. In order to use my current address as my return address I had to bring in a bill with my new location OR they told me, I could open an account and not have to deal with that. So they tell me it's $22. I say, well let's open an account. So they undo the shipping, open the account and ring me up again and now it's $31!!! They assume if you have an account they can jack the price by over 40% because you won't look or notice. This is NOT the people who work at this location's fault. They were all very nice and helpful. This is FedEx corporate policy to STEAL FROM THEIR CLIENTS. Deceitful, disgusting behavior toward their most loyal customers. DO NOT TRUST FEDEX. They will rob you blind if you let them. Again, the employees at this location did a great job and this was not their fault. imagine having rude customer service? yea, this store would know. There's this one lady that was so rude, i didn't bother to look at her name, and she started yelling and saying how nasty something i gave. I know it was pretty nasty but literally it wasnt that deep and if so, she could keep her comments to herself instead of yelling outloud in the whole store then talking about how "clean her house was" when we were paying for something else at the other register.
