Everything was very smooth and the logistics & price were very good for the quality & convenience of service. A crew of 3 loaded the truck, & with our house having 3 levels I was glad the movers were young and strong guys. On the receiving end they had 2 movers to unload, but it was much easier in Florida with a 1 level home. All in all they were professional & efficient. This location was newer, clean and secure. I chose a safe area that was monitored (during office hours) and near other businesses. There isn't a time commitment. You just need to pay by the first on the month. If you give notice & move out before the end of a month you won't be charged for the next month. Insurance is required either from your home owners policy or purchased from the company. There was an issue with being able to safely leave the grounds after hours. My code didn't work. We had to get creative at finding a way out. The problem was frustrating & preventable. I think I am the guinea pig for helping people to prevent this from happening to someone else. Emergency numbers need to be placed at all keypads. I was called a few days later with a temporary code that will work while mine gets fixed.
