They did the filling while watching a soccer game... cheering and crap while they had tools in my mouth. I mean whole body jumping up cheering. While doing dental work on a pregnant woman. Told me I need braces which I've learned is usually a money grab as I've been told by my long time dentists in the other places I've lived that it wasn't necessary. And honesty the practice wasn't very clean. Oh and the thing that pissed me off the most. They refused to do dental care on me without my midwives approval. Talk about behind in the times. Anyone who stays up on their research knows dental work like a filling is safe while pregnant. And the fact they made me leave the office and come back only after approval. Literally treated me like I was some sort of minor not a freakin 30 year old woman who has multiple kids. Like I was someone who had no idea what is best for my unborn child and myself. Just fired me up. They get two stars because they DID do the filling. And it's lasted the last 15 months just fine. But I won't go back.

Dr. Ahmed is attentive (quick but sweet) and makes sure you're pain free, comfortable and get as many breaks as you need. I haven't felt this comfortable at the dentist in quite some time. From the moment you enter her office you get a sense of being at the epicenter of professionalism, calm, and compassion. Dr. Thomas's 31 years of being an endodontist, including eight years in the Navy and being deployed during Operation Iraq, has served her well. While in her company you get the feeling, you are the only patient on that day's schedule. There is no sense of rush as she extensively answers your questions and will allay any fear in a professional and assuring manner. She has the gift of blending compassion and even humor when needed. I don't have dental insurance, so I was an easy target for the office that told me I had multiple cavities. Dr. Davani is clearly honest and I'll be a patient for as long as I'm in this area. He talked about his favorite ice cream,and another hundred things that were quirky and funny the whole time. Did I need to retain any of that? No. Did he probably run this same schpeel 4 times earlier today already? Probably so and good for him. He found what works and he perfected it. I found it to be very distracting from what's going on by replacing the sounds and feels of dentistry with visuals of the stories he's telling. I met with Dr Goguen and she was able to walk me throug the process and procedures that would fit my individual situation. She and the staff set up a plan and put me in contact with their Anesthesiologist Dr Dorsch. She in turn explained her potion of the process and answered any questions I had. After my appointment was confirmed, I received calls from both Advanced Endodontics and the Anesthesiologist two days before my procedure to make sure I was ready. One the actual day I arrived and the staff was totally prepared and I was treated as if I was the only patient they had. The process went exactly as planned on time with no issue. I had No Pain, No Discomfort and went home feeling fine. I received 2 follow up calls to make sure all was well. It was a great success and I can't say enough about the professionalism and kindness exhibited by the staff. I saw they treated myself and other patients as human beings and not numbers.
