They keep talking down my review because it's bad. Had a horrible experience. They keep saying "they can't find me as a patient",

His assistant comforted me during the procedure by rubbing my upper arm, and was very kind to me, bringing me a magazine while I waited. What can I say about the surgeon pulling my tooth out? I admit I was kinda scared beforehand, but I had no reason to be- this man removed the tooth with surgical precision, and did not even pull at my lip once. Dr. Wolf is very talented. Price was also very fair- $145 plus $26 cost of ex-ray. Less than half of the cost of the facility in IL to which my dentist referred me. I am so relieved that I made the right choice and found Northwest Oral Surgeons on my own. Dr. Wolf and his kind staff took an unpleasant experience and made it into a "non-event." He even suggested that I come in tomorrow morning so that he could make sure all was healing right. I am so relieved this is over...

If you like getting your wisdom tooth pulled with ineffective numbing medicine then this is your place! He rubbed a numbing agent on my gums and then immediately proceeded to shoot me before the numbing medicine started to work. Um. No. You're. Not. I demanded that he stop! The nurse removed the nitrous which wasn't working anyway and I high tailed it out of there. If you're searching for a little shop of horrors office experience then please schedule an appointment. Dr. Anglis sent it back to the lab several times but I continued to have pain and my bite was off. This went on until August 2022. I kept asking him what was wrong and he would say "I don't know". He finally sent me a letter and refunded my money and said to see a prosthedontist. I went to see one and was asked if Dr. Anglis was a general dentist. I said yes and that he was an" implant specialist". The prosthedontist informed me that there is no implant dentistry specialty in dentistry. He said Dr, Anglis should have corrected this misaligned implant sooner and was surpised he waited so long . He said I should only go to a prosthedontist or oral surgeon for implants. It is a very precise surgery and he said this implant was not planned well. It had to be removed and start all over. It could never be restored with the way the implant was placed and it was affecting my bite terribly. I had suffered with this misaligned implant for a whole year and Dr. Anglis and didn't know what to do. He should not be placing implants if he can't fix his problems according to the prosthedontist. I had the implant removed which the oral surgeon said was a complicated surgery since it was placed the year before. After that I needed a bone graft, and sinus lift. Finally I got the implant placed in the correct position and a crown was placed. This took another year. I had trusted Dr. Anglis for the years I went to him and sent him three patients. I so wish I never went there. Dr. Anglis is just a general dentist with some training placing implants but does not have the eduation an oral surgeon or posthedontist has since they can fix a problem when it arises.

It Always has a Biblical scripture or saying. Today I made an appointment to just kinda follow up from having had 3 extractions & a root removed in June following our Family Cruise. All The Dentist I 've seen have been Amazing; they identify each other by their 1st names (interesting) but I like it. Today I had the Pleasure to be seen by Dr. Sara or Susan . All of the Team members are very Attentive & Awesome. Overall all Experience is 5 Stars. I enjoy the ambiance of the office as Well.

Their staff is extremely friendly and nice and accommodating. I especially like the front desk lady with the brown hair and glasses. She is phenomenal. She is on top of it! I'm only rating 4 stars because when I went in to get my filling at first, I had the Doctor Who had a busted blood vessel in his left eye. He seemed to be under stress. When he did my tooth it looked like SpongeBob. It went by quickly he seemed to be in a rush to get me out of there. Being an advocate of my health, I did request for him to shorten it some more because my tooth was clearly wider and larger than the left tooth. He did just that. And asked me to bite down, I bit but my bite felt different. He said that my bite should adjust. So I went along that weekend and I tried to eat later that day, and it was very hard for me to eat. I tried to speak and say certain words, but my mouth couldn't form it. This is just from two teeth getting done. It was uncomfortable. I called them and complained because there was too much composite on my teeth and I couldn't function properly. So I went back in the following week and Dr. Hannah took care of me. They shaved down my teeth some more so that my mouth could close properly. It worked! I have been extremely pleased since then. I am happy they were able to see me again and fix everything. All in all if the doctors are under stress, they shouldn't be at work and they should never try to rush people out of there. I appreciate the doctors that I've had there that take their time and accommodate me patiently.

I called back in January just to find out that they never sent it to my insurance and that they were going to send it "right now." They didn't even send the bill for my initial checkup to my insurance. I called back this month, February, and they claim that they still haven't heard back from them. I have never had to wait more than 5 days to hear back from my insurance. Almost 5 months of waiting. This is disheartening since I have something pretty serious going on with my tooth and now I have to find a new endodontist and have my records sent over to them.

Both of his assistants are amazing and very kind and informative as well as Dr. Corns. You could immediately tell he's very good at what he does, instead of the usual numbing at a dentist that numbs your entire face he numbed only the tooth and area immediately around it and the entire root canal was completely painless. They do separate the procedure into two visits about a month apart because he said because there are much better outcomes this way. After leaving that first day my tooth was completely pain free and only had to wait two hrs before I could eat normally. My tooth felt completely back to normal in between visits and the second part was very quick and also painless. Everyone I met was extremely kind, professional, and talented. Pricing was a little less than the quote I received on the phone and in line with the other places I called around to, but most of them couldn't fit me in for weeks, and even though his schedule was full he got me almost immediately. I've always heard root canals were painful but I've felt absolutely no pain during or since the procedure. I can't recommend Dr Corns and his team enough, my only regret is that he doesn't do general dentistry or I'd have a new dentist. Their offices were nice, clean and very comfortable as well. Complete experience was a 10/10.
