The dental providers, dental hygienists, front desk staff (Ms. Hager), and admin staff (Ms. Cinthia) are always very kind and professional. After each kid completes their appt, they give a coin to the kiddo which they then use to "buy" a special little toy from their toy vending machine. My kids look forward to going to this dental practice more than any other dentist they have ever been to. They love the "toy tower" vending machine they can use at the end. They get a coin they can insert to exchange for a prize. All smiles has all the essentials of a pediatric dentist, from tvs with Disney movies playing in the lobby and ceiling above the dental chair, to little hygiene gift bags with toothbrushes and toothpaste. They are respectful of health decisions like waiving fluoride, making sure to add notes to your chart proactively so that you don't get asked at every visit. They have an amazing staff! Their office clerk Cynthia made sure the visit went smoothly, Dr Job is personable and attentive and their hygienists are great. One of my children had a dental extraction of a baby tooth that wouldn't budge. The process was smooth and painless for my normally anxious daughter. The shining star of our most recent visit was Danielle! She is so perceptive, kind and caring, she saw my other daughter who wasn't getting her teeth cleaned that day was hoping for a turn at the toy tower and she gave her a coin for waiting nicely. She also gave advice for toothpaste and flosser recommendations in a collaborative fashion which was encouraging and empowering. We are very upset by our experience here. Prior to booking our child's first appointment we called to confirm that they took her insurance. They said they did, hence why we booked the appt. We paid a copay at the time and nothing further was said about our insurance. They recommended my child get her lip tie lasered and gave an estimate for this based on our insurance. We went through with the procedure and paid what was estimated to be our cost only to find out the next week we owe the remaining balance that our insurance should have covered. They then proceeded to tell us that we are liars and that we knew they didn't take our insurance . We were just in yesterday for my 2 year-old son's cleaning and check-up. Dr. Job is so good with kids and the kids can sense that he cares, which helps make them feel more relaxed. When my daughter was diagnosed with sleep apnea, I hired a myofunctional therapist to help her tongue placement and had her teeth expanded. This was not enough. Finding a dentist that performs frenectomies on a regular basis is hard! Many do not want the liability and refuse. Dr Job is well knowledgeable about airway function and performs frenectomies on a consistent weekly basis. I need a doctor who can do these with their eyes closed. I'm delighted to say my daughter now wakes up without wanting to go back to bed. How many of us can say that?! My daughter has seen Dr Job for the past 4 years and although we like him as a dentist, the last interactions with his staff and assistants in the past 2 years have not been the best. Some dental assistants wouldn't even greet my daughter or explain to her the procedure they were going to do. Also they don't give appointments in the afternoon for kids younger than 6 years old so, my almost 6 years old) has to miss her kindergarten class for a well check up appointment. The last straw happened this morning. I had to cancel my daughter's appointment on the same day since she woke up with a bad cold coughing and sneezing. Of course I thought that going to the dentist coughing and sneezing wouldn't be ideal for anyone, my daughter, the office staff and other patients included. Until today I hadn't ever canceled any doctor's appointment at the last minute, including Dr Job's office. And here the story starts: Samantha answers the phone and annoyingly finds a new appointment for my daughter, at the end she advises me that the cancellation fee is waived this time because it's the first time (yes first time in 4 years), but if it happens in the future I need to pay $50 dollars (I start thinking that I must have signed something but I don't have any copy of this policy nor do I recall such a policy). I ask Samantha why parents should be charged that fee if the kid is sick. Are they suggesting to bring in sick kids? Samantha replies that of course they don't want to have sick kids in the office but they are going to charge a fee anyway. I keep asking how they could justify a cancellation fee when they require sick kids not to go to the office. At the end she says that "of course they wouldn't charge anything if the patient is sick". Obviously I was more confused than ever and asked Samantha to send me an email putting in writing whatever "policy" in place they had (since she made up a policy while on the phone to shut me up). I confirmed my email address (since she read mine wrong but I know that they have the correct one on file). We said bye with the understanding that she would email me immediately after. 8 hours passed by and no email. In the meantime I did my research and found a new pediatric dentist closer to my home, with great reviews, afternoon appointments for every patients, and more understanding policy (cancellation fees are applied to patients who cancel last minutes more than 5 times). I called All Smiles Office back and Samantha didn't sound happy to talk to me. I said that I was still waiting for her email, but she replied that after talking to her supervisor (who knows who?) she confirmed that they apply the cancellation fee and would waive the first one. So Samantha didn't feel a patient is worthy it a call back or an email. She just decided to ghost me, hoping I would forget about it. Well, Samantha should definitely work on her customer service skills and get familiar with the policy and not make up policies just to get rid off a patient. Great group of professionals! My 12 and 6 year old come here for all their dentist checkup and fix! My 19mo old will be coming here for her future needs as well. We are 110% happy and satisfied with the all kids' dental work, examinations and clean-ups! The dental assistants are knowledgeable and service is never with any unnecessary wait! Was blown away with how awesome they were with our Little's first dentist appointment ever. Staff was friendly, helpful and polite both on the phone and in the office. The staff all still masks. Update April 2017: Parents: please take the time to read my review if you are looking for a pediatric dentist for your little one! My original review was 5 stars. I am a local teacher and have worked with small children for 15+ years. Dr. Job has many good reviews from first time patients. We have seen Dr. Job 3 times for our now four year old's dental care. He is a soft spoken man, who I feel is a good pediatric dentist overall. Our last visit was not the same attentive care we had experienced on our two previous visits. In my last updated review (in March) below, I left some constructive criticism regarding that appointment AFTER Dr. Job's office emailed me requesting a review..I have had no contact with his office since we left my son's last 6 month visit, which went well, and Dr. Job scheduled our next appt. I did not discuss my few concerns regarding that appointment with the office since my children were present at the time. We received the attached letter last night informing us that Dr. Job would be "withdrawaling from further professional services as (our sons) pediatric dentist and that we will need to secure the services of another dentist" , without any further explanation other than his claim that "It does not appear that we can establish the necessary relationship vital to the success of" (my son's) dental care. I have had no contact with them since our last appointment that went well. All I did was update my review at Dr. Job's request. My son is a very chill kid and we have never had any kind of issue during his appointments. Dr. Job gave him an excellent rating on the health of his teeth and gums during each visit. Easy, quick and calm appointments with Danielle, who is great! We were already planning to not return to his office based on the items I reviewed in March, but please see the pics attached in the photo area of Dr. Job's letter to our family. This is how Dr. Job and All Smiles Pediatric Dentistry responded to my true and honest updated review. I am in no way saying Dr. Job is not worth considering as your Pediatric Dentist. He may be a great fit for your family. For ours, he is not a good match. My nervous daughter (7yo) had a few fillings done here. My son (2yo) had a exam. Kelly, (assistant/hygienist) is SUPERB! She was the only reason we were actually able to complete the appointments. She was incredible with my daughter. Dr. Job may be a wonderful dentist, he was recommended by another dentist - but has no bedside manner. He didn't say 'hi' or introduce himself to my kids before just going to town on their mouths. I think the only time he did talk to them was to give them instruction to 'stay still'. On one of the fillings he seemed very nervous and tense and was overall not pleasant to be around. My daughter now refuses to see male dentists. We did what we needed to, then found a new dentist. read more

I left a message and they called me right back, even though they were closed, to make an appointment for the following Monday. I brought my 4 week old baby here to have his lip and tongue assessed for ties. Dr. Job is an expert in this field. He was so informative and patient. He was great with my baby. His ties were fixed right there and he barely cried. After the procedure was done, Dr Job extensively went over after-care. His staff were friendly and knowledgeable! Because my HMO insurance didn't cover the procedure, Dr Job and his staff offered the procedure like 70% off. I will be changing my insurance so we can bring my baby boy there when his teeth come in. Also, Dr Job called me personally that night to check on my baby. I can't say enough good things. Going back tomorrow for a 2-day follow up and again next week for a 7-day follow up which are both free. read more

Everything is explained and shown ahead of time; everyone is calm, comforting, and welcoming; and parents are specifically involved in treatment activities to help position the child during treatment and ensure that child knows their parent is right there with them. VERY VERY EXPENSIVE!!!!i felt like i was tricked!!! I went with my son to have a cavity fixed. They accepted us and have it done the same day, the doctor is professional. I was very happy! And here ends the good part... When we were there I Paid $95.00 and I was told if something is not covered by the insurance i will be notified. 2 months later I was told I have balance of almost $400.00 extra. I called them to discuss some of the charges so at least they waved the xrays they have made and I did not want.But i was shocked! In the end for a cleaning and only 1 cavity and some extras like fluoridation (that were not discussed with me)etc we end up paying $350.00 and my insurance has covered $211.00 Total:$561 for a cavity and cleaning I wish I knew how much would be before saying: yes have the cavity fixed,because it is $95 and if something we will let you know is VERY VERY TRICKY GAME!!!!! read more

From the moment you walk in to the time you walk out you are greeted with open arms and staff who truly want to make it a good experience for you and your child. The hygienist,Lea, and Dr Job know exactly how to interact with a young toddler to make them feel happy and calm and they even take time to pretend to do a "checkup" on my daughters stuffed animal "lovie" to make my daughter comfortable. Normally, my daughter freaks out at new, unfamiliar experiences. However, from the time we showed up to the time we left, the experience was wonderful for my 2 year old daughter. It started with the receptionist being very welcoming (even talking to my daughter directly during in-processing).
