My child went to my own dentist and had cavities filled with no drama or medication needed and we had a gentle and caring experience. My doctor retired and we had to find him a new doctor. This is our 2nd time at a pediatric office where they just don't know how to respect a child and treat them with force. My kid had water filled in his mouth and raised his hand because he needed a break. Instead of respecting that and stopping, they told him "just a minute more". Then when he tried to sit up because his mouth was full of water they pushed him back down. This is not how we should be treating children. I would not recommend this office unless you plan to sedate your child, in which case you may have a great experience.

Despite this: The office pursued payment while the insurance claim was unresolved asking for "just a small payment" while they wait. The matter was escalated to a third-party collector before insurance determination There appears to be no reasonable accommodation for standard insurance dispute timelines There was no transparent explanation of why the bill was deemed immediately collectible rather than pending insurance resolution Patients should not be pressured to pay balances that are actively under insurance review, particularly when the provider is aware that the insurer is evaluating coverage or reimbursement. This practice places patients in an unfair position--either paying out-of-pocket prematurely or being threatened with collections while complying with standard insurance procedures. Further, the billing escalation process appears to lack: Appropriate verification that insurance review was complete Ethical safeguards before referral to collections Clear written communication outlining patient rights during an insurance dispute While I respect the clinicians and the care I received, billing practices are part of patient care and ethical responsibility. I filled out the paperwork ahead of time and was able to walk right in and see the dentist. There was about 8 people in the waiting room and all of them seemed to be seen pretty quickly. I know they have 8 dentist chairs and possibly more because there was a back area that I didn't see. I quickly got an xray and was seated in the one of the chairs which is more cubical style. So don't expect a ton of privacy. Nurse / assistant came in and got me settled and then the doctor came in and read my teeth charts. After a few tests they diagnosed me and set me up with another appointment in 10 days. I finalized what I needed with the front desk who was super chill. I was skeptical on the quality of service when I saw it had multiple locations but honestly it really went great - at least how they treated me. Now I have to come back and finish my services but I feel much more confident in them.

One ongoing issue for me has always been getting X-rays -- I have tori bone, and it's usually uncomfortable at best and painful at worst. Francesca is an incredibly skilled hygienist. She was able to take X-rays with zero discomfort, which honestly surprised me. Her technique was better than what I've experienced for years. I'm genuinely grateful to have found her. Dr. Aaron was also thorough and clear, walking me through a detailed "report card" on my dental health, which I appreciated. One thing I really like is that the office has evening hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays (until 7pm), which is helpful with a 9-5 work schedule. Also, Dr. Aaron is personable and caring. He always answers my questions thoroughly and makes sure I feel good about the next steps before he moves onto the next patient. This is a family practice, and they're easy to work with and schedule appointments with. My dental health and hygiene have greatly improved in the time that I've been regularly coming here.
