We asked for the traditional wedding song on piano. Picked it out and listened to it at our meeting. Instead he played the wedding recessional. The big loud fan fare one. He communicated professionally and timely throughout the entire process. It was great to meet one-on-one with him a couple times before our wedding to go over the order of events and important details. Leading up to our wedding we had no doubts that he would do an amazing job. His communication skills are on point and he followed up with us days before when we realized we forgot to submit last minute details. He made everything come together. He has a genuine interest to make sure that things run smoothly. Not only did he play exactly what we asked him to play and followed a strict do not play list, he was an incredible Master of Ceremonies. My best friend who gave a speech coordinated with him just a few hours before about syncing about 7 songs into her speech with cues, and he killed it. I had no prior knowledge of this, and it speaks to how accomodating he is and how he can make anything happen! To be clear, Brian Harris went above and beyond in all aspects. These were both agreed upon that they would be done in our pre wedding meetings. He is spinning words to justify his actions but the bottom line is that he also approached the bride and groom and ended our wedding 30 minutes early. Be prepared to make your entire playlist from cocktail hour, dinner thru the reception. YOU will pick every song and he will play them like an ipad. (The follow up call) Obviously I am appalled at the above and I wanted a follow up phone call to discuss. Our phone call could have been 10 minutes. I expected Brian to be a professional and say 3 things. I'm sorry. I should not have omitted things that we had agreed upon nor should I have approached you to end the wedding early. How can I make this right? Instead Mr. Harris chose to handle the call in the following manner: He spoke for approximately 35 minutes about why these complaints of mine are petty, small and irrelevant. He discussed how he has proof via pictures that I was dancing and happy. Then he went on for awhile that a good bye circle and exit dance should not matter to me. In a nutshell, he had total disregard to what we had wanted for our wedding. I am standing firm on my 1 star rating. The way he handled our follow up call is inappropriate and unprofessional. I don't think my concerns are small and having a goodbye circle and song was very important to me. Ultimately Brian does what Brian wants to do. Not what the bride and groom want. He makes no attempt to make a wrong right. Overall, I am unimpressed and disappointed with his service.

He was patient and kind. He listened to our ideas and gave them a try. His motto seemed to be, it's all digital so we can shoot as many as we need to get the right picture. My husband and I live in Seattle, and were planning a trip back to his hometown in Ohio. We…read morerecently got married, and wanted to have a party for his Ohio friends that couldn't make it out to the wedding. We wanted it to be more special, so started researching mobile bartenders in the Springfield, Ohio area. Well, there aren't many. I found Libation Creations because of their Yelp page, and called Nichole. She is amazing. Awesome personality, attention to detail, super easy to work with, and fun to have around. We chatted over the phone about what I was looking for, and she agreed to put together a prelim quote and then we could meet in person once we arrived in Ohio. She came over to my mother in-law's house and let us try all of the cocktails, tweak the recipes if necessary, etc. Everything she came up with was awesome! She made us a blackberry mojito, and a tropical punch- both were so refreshing and delicious, and I like that they were both vodka base, so people could switch back and forth between the two and now worry about mixing spirits. During the party, Nichole kept the drinks flowing, and would walk outside to make sure the beer drinkers had a fresh beverage, as well. This allowed our guests to just catch up, and have fun without having to go back inside for a refill. Our party was probably smaller than what Nichole is used to handling, and I wish she lived in Seattle, because I would definitely hire her to tend bar at our Halloween party! If you are looking for a way to make your party pop, add a little something special to the event, and provide an awesome experience for your guests, definitely give Nichole a call- she is a pro through and through!
