I would've like to check the things out then ask questions. He was also a very close talker to the point I kept backing up to try to get away. It made me very uncomfortable. I took his info and pamphlets and he kept aggressively trying to get me to book on the spot, saying if I changed my mind we would be refunded. I explained that my fiancé and I make the wedding decisions together and he still insisted. I probably would've be interested if I had spoken with someone else less overbearing. When I walked away I asked my MOH for her opinion without sharing mine and she had some of the same concerns. We ended up not even considering this company.

The week of our wedding, we faced several last-minute issues with the officiant we had hired, but Steven kept us confident that things would run smoothly and was even willing to step in and officiate if needed! He literally saved our ceremony when our officiant's iPad (with the ceremony script) died. Thanks to DJ Dynamite, the ceremony continued seamlessly because he had several copies of the script printed and was able to provide one to our officiant. We hired this company for our wedding reception and our guests had a blast - the props were a hit…read moreand the booth got plenty of use. Unfortunately, the service issues made it hard to walk away feeling good about the overall experience. Despite explicitly requesting color photos, the booth was set to black-and-white on the day of our reception. We had caught and flagged this exact error in our contract and email correspondence more than once before the wedding, so finding the booth with the wrong setting was especially frustrating. Our entire cocktail hour had already been photographed in black-and-white by the time we got there, and those prints in our physical album reflect that. When we asked the attendant to change it to color, he was reluctant - saying it would take time - but corrected it once we insisted. A Glam Filter we had asked to be turned off also remained on all evening. Shortly after the wedding, the company emailed us saying they'd "love to hear" our feedback. We took them up on it, sharing our experience and asking whether the cocktail hour prints could be reissued in color to make up for the error. Three weeks and one follow-up email later, we haven't received any response. The photobooth itself is a great product. But we were disappointed by how the company handled the errors they made, and especially by the silence that followed when we reached out with the feedback they'd asked for. There are other photobooth companies out there, and we'd encourage customers to find one that cares as much about getting the details right as they do about getting the booking.
