If you want a drain installed to drain the aforementioned pond, and the install is going uphill, call A Abby. If you want seed and straw put over rocks that were supposed to be removed, call A Abby. I signed a contract with John Canning to replace the roof and some windows. They replaced the…read morefacia and later the roof sub contractor replaced the roof and in the process damaged the new facia. Then the siding sub contractor replaced the facia again. They then began to have problems with other sub contractors and the job went on for several months. I found inconsistent numbers in their billing. I asked John why the totals were more than the addends and his reply was they do that to cover any mistake their estimator makes. The 3 carbon monoxide roof vents were damaged and on the contract to replace. They were only painted to look new and not replaced. I asked Ed Rollins why they were not replaced and he replied, we made a mistake and used that $350 on the gutter guards. PGRS started the job in April and didn't complete it until October.
