When the car was new it was not on my radar so I never had a chance to own one and I only later came to appreciate them after they were not made anymore. Andy was a great guy to work with and I left with the car even though I already had my car down there, getting two cars back to Milwaukee would be a challenge to sat the least. Andy was no pressure and said take the car for a while, see if you like it and he didn't even want any license or collateral to leave for a 1/2 hour of Hwy and city driving to put the car through its paces. We don't do that in Milwaukee Wi, his trust of us with out knowing who we were are was refreshing for a dealer. I walked in and drove out with the car on impulse, now the challenge of getting this car home would be tough because there is no direct public transportation and it stops three hours away from the car so I was on my own.

Three months in, I signed a 2nd contract, and they still couldn't file the paperwork. Through it all, they have ran mine and my wife's credit 3 times, and ran loan applications in each of our names 13 times, without our knowledge or approval. The last time was 5 1/2 months after the original contract was signed, in July. That is not including the one time that we gave them permission to do it, before the 1st contract was signed in Jan. Now our credit is down and not even lenders that we have used to buy a car before, and that we both have active credit cards with, are refusing us loans because of what this dealership is doing to us. Now, they want us to sign another contract, that has been adjusted to charge us more for thing, while taking away the in our original contract, then telling us that we have to either sign it or give it back. I refuse both and told them that I want arbitration, as the contract says should be done when there is a contractual debate. I asked for it verbally and in writing. They have refused arbitration, and now they are refusing to renew my temporary plate, to try to force me into a contract that make things worse for myself and my family. I don't want anyone else to be treated this way by them. Please, for your own good, DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM A DEALERSHIP WITH THE MORLAN NAME ON IT!

They had some recalls on it and I took it to Autry Morlan and they took care of the problem at no cost to me. They also did other work on my Cavalier and did a good job. However I had a rather bad experience when I was married to my first wife and we needed a affordable car to get me to work and her to school. We ended up buying one of the biggest pieces of crap the chevy motor company ever made a brand new 1992 Geo Metro. We had the car at Autry Morlan several times because it was going through oil like a sieve. Thank god it was new and under warranty because my mother in law drove it to Arkansa and the engine blew. Autry Morlan put a new engine in but I was never more glad to get rid of that piece of crap. Other than that Autry Morlan has done me fair.

Transmission went out on it less than a month after purchasing it along with the brakes on the car. There cars are really doctored up so as they can sell them. Took the car to have it inspected and the mechanic found numerous things that were wrong with it this was after I had made the purchase. Also the mileage the dealer claimed was eighty thousand wasn't. The car had been at the Ford dealership in Sikeston and Williams purchased the car from them. The real mileage was 180 thousand not eighty thousand as they claimed. They cracked open the odometer on the car and rolled the miles back which is illegal and if caught they could lose there business license. I learned a lesson about purchasing a used car that before you buy have it looked by a very good mechanic. But still I wouldn't buy a car from Williams Auto sales.
