Andy was a great guy to work with and I left with the car even though I already had my car down there, getting two cars back to Milwaukee would be a challenge to sat the least. Andy was no pressure and said take the car for a while, see if you like it and he didn't even want any license or collateral to leave for a 1/2 hour of Hwy and city driving to put the car through its paces. We don't do that in Milwaukee Wi, his trust of us with out knowing who we were are was refreshing for a dealer. I walked in and drove out with the car on impulse, now the challenge of getting this car home would be tough because there is no direct public transportation and it stops three hours away from the car so I was on my own.

Within weeks of each other, my wife has been headed to work and had two tires blow out on her, and Car-Mart refuses to do anything about it. They also told us when we bought the car that they needed to fix a headlight and change the air filter. Come to find out, a connector is messed up in the head light and keeps blowing the bulbs we put in, and the "forgot" to put an air filter in the car at all. We keep having issues with our vehicle and car mart refuses to acknowledge their part in it.

Transmission went out on it less than a month after purchasing it along with the brakes on the car. There cars are really doctored up so as they can sell them. Took the car to have it inspected and the mechanic found numerous things that were wrong with it this was after I had made the purchase. Also the mileage the dealer claimed was eighty thousand wasn't. The car had been at the Ford dealership in Sikeston and Williams purchased the car from them. The real mileage was 180 thousand not eighty thousand as they claimed. They cracked open the odometer on the car and rolled the miles back which is illegal and if caught they could lose there business license. I learned a lesson about purchasing a used car that before you buy have it looked by a very good mechanic. But still I wouldn't buy a car from Williams Auto sales.

I asked him about the paint and body condition and he said there was a small dent in rear side of car I said I understand and then I asked about the interior and if there was any sign it had been smoked in?? He said no its immaculate! I asked many questions...as I am a car guy and I'm very sharp with cars. I was looking at purchasing the car for a friend of my wife's since she doesn't know much about cars. We drove 1 and half hours to get there from St Louis County. We walked in the office and Jerry said the car is unlocked please go check it out. I am a very reasonable person and God is my witness!!! The car had damage all over it I mean the back bumper was cracked in 3 places and was ready to fall off!! The paint was scratched up and looked like it was worn out and some spots of rust! I would estimate the body work and paint would cost at least $3000 to be repaired! Now for the bad part... The entire interior had cigarette burn holes all over the seats, headliner and carpet!! The interior was cracked badly and had the smell of cigarettes and air freshener. To say Jerry is a complete Liar and time waster is being nice!! I had previously purchased a truck from them a few years ago & Mitch was a pleasure to deal with. This time around i knew the car I purchased may have a couple issues crop up that led me to purchase an extended service contract. Upon researching the warranty company I found that they were absolutely horrible at honoring their service contracts and promptly returned to BIC motors well within the state of missouri mandated preview period to cancel. It's now almost Feb '23 , and I have contacted Elijah weekly to inquire about my refund. He has never once called me back. I did file a complaint with the state of Missouri dept of insurance that regulates service contract companies. I intend to pursue this until I get my refund back.
