I wrote it off as an accident due to my dog's insulin dependence and old age, then I find out from a neighbor that you killed his dog too. brought dog in for grooming at 9:30. wanted a summer cut., was shown different lengths. Asked for the #5 clipper, which is a 1/4" cut. I called to check on Booker, was told there was 2 ahead of him. Never heard from the groomers, went there at 7 pm. and they were closed. no one around. Called several times but kept getting th lle answering machine. called all morning the next day, no answer. Finally, the next day around 2pm we were able to find someone to let us in and got the dog. He was left in a cage for over 24 hours. He was clipped to his skin. used a $7 clipper. Ears was matted. His cut looked like a rush job (uneven). WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN NOR WILL I RECOMMEND THEM. read more

the cleanliness of the store is low to start.. second off, my dog was here for 6 days whilst i was gone on a trip..when we got him he acted like a completely different dog. the hair cut they gave him seemed like no effort was put into it, with stray hairs everywhere and his skin cut all over. we had to ask them to cut some hairs off... when we got home he would fall asleep standing up.. he'd hide under blankets, and when we fed him he acted like he hasn't eaten. all in all, im extremely disappointed and disgusted with this store. i will be going back nor recommending this place to ANYONE. we even sent him with a bag of wet food and treats, when we arrived to pick him up, the bag had holes all over, smelled like urine, and there were 4 treats in the bag that we had to throw away due to the uncleanliness they returned it in. read more

Beware! If I could submit this with no stars I would. I had my dog there for a bath with a furminator brush, teeth and nails. The techs clipped almost every one of her nails to the quick. When we got home is when we noticed it. She was leaving blood spots as she walked. I quickly checked her paws only to notice that 7 nails were clipped to the quick. I had quick stop on hand and was able to stop the bleeding. She was scared and skittish, who wouldn't be. We called All Star and asked to speak to a manager, not available. Left a message. No call back. Called again the next morning. No manager available. We did this for the next few days and never got a response. Do not take your babies to this groomer. read more

Took our 2 Poms here for grooming. The intake personnel were short with us as rude. We attempted to tell them how we wanted them groomed. I was to be a Teddy Bear and the other a Lion cut. They shaved their hair so short. My poor little girl looks terrible. My little boy isn't much better. Do not take your pet there unless you want people that are rude, won't listen to you. They insisted on payment up front and since we used a card they wanted the tip before the service. This should have been a warning. Never ever again. read more

I cannot give this grooming business more than a 1 star. First, they quoted me a certain price based on my dogs size (they asked his weight), and then added $20 to that at pickup. Second, I was under the impression that his appointment was at 9 but he wasn't seen until 1pm. I'm not sure what he did during that time (I was told he was in a room with water); but he came home and immediately went to the bathroom 1/2. Third, they shaved (mostly) his whole stomach (I'm not sure why since they were doing his face, paws and privates) and dint blend that at all so now his stomach looks like he had surgery or something. The last time we used All Star everything was fine. This time when we showed up to pick up our dogs the kids on duty couldn't find their beds, food or anything at first. They went back and looked 3 or 4 times and finally found all but 1 bed and 1 blanket. Now they were sure to collect payment and were very polite however they couldn't find the last items. They took our number and were going to call us when they found the bed. We have since left several messages for the manager and gotten no response. I am assuming they can't find our bed or just don't care. So 1 star is the best I can do. If we had gotten a call this review would not be necessary.. read more

ZERO STARS. Started off great although the place seemed run down and knew my pet would need some shaving due to matting; however, my issue comes from them not calling me when he was ready, resulting in us going to the groomer and no one being there. They had left and locked up for the day and left our dog there for a few minutes shy of 12 hours. We spent hours calling the three numbers we had- one being their emergency number that is out of service, even had the sheriff come out to see if he could do anything. Finally, after reaching out on a community Facebook page, someone passed along the managers information. My husband and I got two different versions of why we weren't contacted and neither was acceptable. Highly recommend STAYING AWAY from this groomer. read more

Upon pick up of dogs after grooming i noticed they weren't even completely shaved as I told them to do upon drop off. The bottom half of both dogs - UNTOUCHED - the only reason I noticed is because neither of their tails were shaved so I physically took BOTH of them to the back, held each one up, made her complete the job I'm paying for correctly. It takes 2 ppl to properly hold the dog up to trim hair on belly and undercarriage and there were numerous other workers there that could've did this. LAZY!! DONT CARE!! TERRIBLE!! This place needs to be shut down immediately and reported. I had to find boarding for my dog for four days and every time I called to ask how my dog was doing I was reassured that he was fine but when I picked him up, he was nowhere near fine. MY DOG ALMOST DIED AND HE WAS COVERED IN PISS. They did not even know who my dog was and where his things were. The establishment itself is disgusting. Great place to board! My Molly stayed for 5 days while we were out of town. She is a little skittish so they worked with her to make her comfortable. When i called to check on her they were so understanding. This is the best place for boarding and grooming in town. Super reasonable. They also did a great job on getting her winter coat all combed out. Thank you and we will definitely be back. read more

All I can say I HORRIBLE! Will NEVER go back. My poor pup was burned from the clippers.

Our Shi tzu came back from there acting funny. When we got him home he went outside and peed for a very very long time. Also I understand the procedure for cleaning out his bum is a common procedure but ever since this was done his rectum has been poking out and he passes gas when he barks or sneezes. I feel like my poor dog was abused to be honest and left in his cage without bathroom trips the whole day. I hope this helps somebody's baby from being mistreated. Please do not trust this groomer. So far all star has been great, and my pet maltese has stayed there and boarded with him three separate times and he's always came back healthy, happy and clean. We always have them wash or groom him the last day he's there right before we pick him up, it's just very convenient. The staff has always worked with us even on short notice and accommodated us every time. Even though Sundays they are usually only available between four and 5 o'clock for pick up they have worked around that and accommodated me. For that I was more appreciative, I understand to a point not having someone staffed on Sundays all day but if clients can give specific times that they can be there to pick up their animals or drop them off, I feel as a business they should be able to accommodate those times that r more convenient for the client and not just have a one hour window. That was really my only negative comment. Other than that, we will continue to use them. read more

This groomer spent little time on my pets and even returned our golden still wet because they "were slow and didn't want to stay open all day!" They didn't take their time with any of the 3 dogs and even have our olden some skin rashes with their dw shedding comb. No teeth brushing or any of the regular groomer expectancies other than bath, nails and brushing. read more

The absolute worst groomer in town!! I picked up my in laws two labs and not only did they charge sky high prices but the dogs haircuts looked awful!! There were nicks in their skin, their fur was uneven and they even left a tuft at the end of one of the dogs tail. Were you too lazy to finish the job???!!
