I received a "ready to pick up" text a couple of hours later, and let them know I'd be in the following day. I picked up the cat bed Saturday afternoon, at which point I was informed that they damaged the bed (the shag cover was torn about 2") - the person I was speaking with was someone different from the day before. I let her know that the bed was not damaged when I brought it in. She apologized, and then said "maybe I should have fixed this for you"...but she put a rubber band around the torn fabric instead. I wasn't offered a discount for the damage they caused (or a refund). Disappointed and frustrated...I won't be returning.

You have to load it with money, no coins, and no credit cards will operate the machines. You cannot get money back off the card if you don't use it all. Some people might like this system, but its not my thing. I had to get help several times because the card wouldn't work.
