It wasn't too crowded and I had plenty of room to do my thing. The part that wasn't my favorite... was everything was operated using a specific card from this place. You have to load it with money, no coins, and no credit cards will operate the machines. You cannot get money back off the card if you don't use it all. Some people might like this system, but its not my thing. I had to get help several times because the card wouldn't work. Other than that, it was a nice place and close to gas, food, banking, and 360 highway.

Every 20 minutes she wiped handles, machines, all of it, with disinfectant. The place was just exceptionally clean. Unfortunately, my apartment decided that laundry service was non-essential. Hey, haven't you heard the virus can stay on clothing?!? Anyways.... This place was open. I went by and was quite impressed with the cleanliness. Most patrons threw the clothes in the machine and retreated to their vehicles. Understandably. The machines weren't horribly priced, but certainly not cheap. I saw a sign that said "Laundry Service - $1.20 per pound., 15lb minimum." It may have been cheaper for me to just do that and pay the minimum. However, I had to scope the place out. The worker didn't like me taking pictures, but she was kind all the same. Some machines took card swipes, though most didn't. Take quarters just in case. All in all, if you are in need. I thought their pricing was pretty reasonable, and the person I spoke with was very professional and friendly. I paid for the service, and let them know I wasn't in a rush and could pick up the cat bed at any time. I received a "ready to pick up" text a couple of hours later, and let them know I'd be in the following day. I picked up the cat bed Saturday afternoon, at which point I was informed that they damaged the bed (the shag cover was torn about 2") - the person I was speaking with was someone different from the day before. I let her know that the bed was not damaged when I brought it in. She apologized, and then said "maybe I should have fixed this for you"...but she put a rubber band around the torn fabric instead. I wasn't offered a discount for the damage they caused (or a refund). Disappointed and frustrated...I won't be returning.

In their email, they stated there was a local laundromat about 5 minutes away in the Kroger lot. So off I went. They have 3 different size machines (Large-$5.50/load, Medium-$4.50/load, Small-$2.50/load) I didn't realize they had the small load washers because they are cleverly put on the back side of the rows facing away from the door, so I used a medium when a small machine would definitely have been enough. I get it though; business 101. Dryers are .25c/10minutes I think. The place itself seemed pretty clean and I was there on a Monday around 7-7:30 (they open at 7A) and only a couple people were there.

She accepted over 150lbs of smoky and wet clothes without batting an eye. We returned two days later to clothes that smell nice, were soft, and neatly hung or folded Into bags. The value was great. Clothes just like new for way cheaper than we expected! We will for sure be back and recommend this place to all our friends!

This might not be unusual, but the only warning I'd ever give anyone is be careful of anything you take to a hot climate. I took a suit and wore it in the Philippines for some international lawyering and missed the memo that government buildings are not air conditioned. I got hot and had some odd, chemical rash from my suit, no doubt some interaction with the chemicals and my sweat.

Ruined 2/2 of the items I dropped off. I dropped off a faux fur blanket and a dress I bought from a…read morelocal designer in Greece - blanket totally ruined, and dress now covered in snags and stains that were not previously there. Faux Fur Blanket - they told me upfront that it was damaged and offered to refund the $35 dry clean. I told them the cost of the West Elm blanket and asked for them to pay for a new one. After about 20-30 minutes of waiting while they went back and forth with their manager, they agreed and apologized profusely. They asked me not to write a negative review, and I was not going to as they apologized and paid for the item, BUT that was until I got home and saw my dress ruined, and they refused to admit fault. Dress - VERY different experience - women working in the front was very rude this time and refused to responsibility for the damages. She told me the stains and snags were there previously, which is an objective lie and I have countless photos of me wearing the dress (wore it ONE time). She refused to admit any responsibility despite causing numerous stains and snags. I asked to speak to the manager and she refused to tell me what day or time he works. I asked for him to call me, she told me not possible. I asked for him to email me, also not possible. She could offer nothing other than for me to call the store every day and ask if he was in the store. I wish I never came here. Do not recommend. Do not trust this business with anything you care about. EDIT: I talked to 3 women - one of which was named Pooja, not sure what the others names were. The women with glasses was the women with the dress who refused to accept any fault or take my complaints seriously. Pooja was very kind and apologetic and happy to do what she could to try to make things right when she saw the dress on my 3rd visit back here. She brought out the dry cleaner who was kind as well and willing to try to get the stains out - still no acknowledgment of the new snags though, and told it was just the material.
