I have been patronizing this establishment for about two years, and for the most part it's been OK. However, they have a list or roster you must sign to have rendered service. but I've noticed for the past several months the barbers don't seem to look at their list anymore. Even if you have a particular barber, you still must put your name on the list. what's the sense of the list. When no one looks at it, I was there today and they took two people ahead of me, that was very frustrating considering I was there 20 minutes prior. My husband has gone here a few times, but today was the last. He waited an hour for a terrible uneven cut, he has dark red marks from the barber being super rough, and the guy cutting his hair was really rude. He was super mad about his cut and I don't blame him. Definitely the worst one of his life. And it's so short we're going to have to buzz it. I truly like the professionalism of this barber shop. You come in sign your name on a sign in sheet and everyone is seen in order (unless they choose a certain barber). One thing I do not understand and do not like is that different barbers charge you different price. I get the same haircut (fade) all the time and some barbers charge me $15 and some charge me $17. I believe the price system should be the same for each barber especially if the price is posted on the wall and I like to tip the barber as well. All in all the place and quality of the haircut is worth it but it comes with a price! Make sure you double check the price! read more

First let me say we have been loyal customers for 6 years.... But the day MY 8 YEAR OLD SON WAS CALLED A LITTLE N**** BY THE MALE CUTTING HIS HAIR was the last time we will EVER go back!! If you are ok with that then this is the place for you. My son was so afraid of the barber and his language that he did not feel safe enough to tell me about the foul, disrespectful conversation he was exposed to until we were in the car. Once I calmed down I called the shop and I spoke wirh the "assistant manager" whom only offered me a free hair cut. REALLY? OK lady. She promised that the manager/owner would call me about the issue, in which she witnessed. Here we are 3 weeks later and I have not received a call from anyone. I quess we have traveled back in time where racial slurs, and the tramatization of young brown children is acceptable. read more

After reading the reviews I was not too excited about going to this place, but it was close to where I needed to be and I had time and I needed a cut. I put my name on the list on a busy Friday afternoon. There was no way to know how long I might wait as there were no names checked off above mine on the list. I figured I would wait and see. Within 10 minutes a guy called my name. I was directed to Josh's booth and was welcomed like an old friend. He asked what I wanted...I actually had a picture to show and he got right to it. There was sports on the big screen and it looked like all customers were facing the TV, just like me. No craning my neck to see what was on the tube. Josh cut my hair like I wanted....speedy quick. I didn't ask for product and he didn't offer any. He was done in record time and I was headed to pay. I was not quoted a price and I was pleasantly surprised at the small $15 fee. I've been here twice, and the second time was with my son. Both times a couple of the stylus smelled so bad of pot I could barely stand it. Multiple smoking some bud, whatever makes you happy. But the really got to do it when you come to work, especially when you cut hair. This place is managed poorly. I mean what kind of manager lets his employees smoke pot all day, unless he smoking pot with them. Then it would make sense to that manager I bet. I went in with my son and tried to make a not even 2 minute convo about what I needed done & who can do a design and got squatted on and told to sign in & sit down! ( I tried talking to two people) My son has Autism so there is alot more to this! I left & called to talk to owner and was told by a barber " I dont have time for this good bye" that right there is a HUGE problem bc if you are working at a place where alot of people come into that type of attitude is not ok to have point blank! Well, I was going to give this place a try and drove 30 minutes to come here to get a haircut just for them to have the doors locked 30 minutes before they closed. Real professional. I tug on the door and nobody even bothers to check it out, meanwhile there was someone getting a haircut inside and multiple barbers running around closing up the shop. Hours online and hours on the door say they're open till 8 but yet they are closed at 7:30. Cool. Glad I wasted my time. read more

Came here, big freaking mistake. If you want a good hack job on your hair this is the place. If you're looking for a buzz cut this is it. It seems, that's all they do. Cut the hair on the side & back of my head so damn short in some spots & don't tapper the back down towards my neck. Looks like a bowl was on my head & NO idea about how to layer the hair on top. Ive been been here about 3 times and never had a bad experience. You come in and sign in and wait. Wait isn't that bad. All the barbers are professional. They talk to you if you want and if not they focus on getting the job done. The environment is friendly and clean not like other barbers who can be offensive with conversation. Don't bother going. Sign and internet says they close at 8:00. When me and my son arrived at 7:32 PM the guy unlocked the door and rudely said NO they are not taking any other customers because they're closed. I pointed to the sign that says 8:00pm and he said NO! ...they take their last haircut at 7:30. This guy was very rude they are not interested in customer service, only going home. Another barbershop would do great in the area if they had just a little bit of customer service interest. These barbers won't last long with this kind of service. read more

I've been coming here for years, and last night I came in for a haircut from my Barber. It was close to closing and while I was talking to him another Barber (his name is Chris) said something extremely disrespectful. Something to the effect of me needing to leave because they were closed, even though the door was unlocked. He continued under his breath something to the effect of it doesn't matter whether or not the door is locked, they were closed and I needed to leave.
