She doesn't know how to use the suction to keep your mouth clear of water very well. Every time water and spit will go down my neck. And I have to grab the paper bib to stop it from coming down.. it's awful. On top of that she will try to have a full blown conversation about your life while she has three different instruments in your mouth. Bizarre... like is this being filmed for a prank show? Next to complete this nightmare... she used bridge floss between my front teeth.. which is only used between the gums of the teeth.. so naturally it got stuck and she's tugging it. As shes tugging it I panic and try to stop it and help. The bridge floss after made my bridge teeth feel tight and painful after. Adding to this her gloved hands working on my mouth smelled as if she hadn't changed after eating an Italian sub wearing them. On another appointment I looked at the tools that come in a sterilized package and to my horror they look very old. The sterilized tools don't look sterilized and they even look rusty ! I asked them to change them to my surprise the person told me they are all like that... as she opened a new sterilized package. I'm looking for a new place.. even after asking if I can request to not get this particularly awful hygienist they said no and I would have to drive to a Hamiliton location.

Where do I begin? I came to the Seaview dental office about two years ago in response to a coupon I…read moregot in the mail for reasonable deal for the first appointment. The office is In Eatontown. X-rays cleaning about $100. Can't go wrong, right? Well it was the wrong choice. To begin, one of my molars left side bottom cracked on thanksgiving day 2023. I was able to push the filling back into the tooth and the pain went away, however something needed to be done quickly. I called Seaview the day after Thanksgiving, a normal workday right? Not true, the man answered the phone said I can't help you, he said nobody wanted to come into work today, I could hear him shrugging his shoulders at the other end of the phone. Did not even offer a back up dentist. I went elsewhere that same day got x-rays taken and ultimately had a tooth extracted in January 2024. Wrongly I decided to resume my normal appointments with Seaview dental. About two weeks ago I scheduled an appointment for May 1 at 12 noon. Angie took the call and made the appointment. The day before this appointment, I decided to call the office just to confirm the appointment since I have not heard from them to confirm the appointment. Somebody named Kelly answered the phone and said no we do not have you down for an appointment at 12 and we have it down for 9:45 AM. I told her there's no way I would've made that appointment and I did have it scheduled for 12 noon. She told me she would call me right back. She didn't. Early in the morning got a call from somebody in the office named Helen, who told me that they do not have any availability at 12 noon. This was a message left on my telephone. At a few minutes after 12 noon, I got a call from Angie saying "where are you, you're supposed to be here for your 12 o'clock appointment?" Yes, twilight zone. I explained everything to her, she admitted there was a mistake in the scheduling, and I heard the words "I'm sorry" numerous times. I was so disgusted with this place that I decided this is the end. I'm going elsewhere. Travel at your own risk. This is not a pleasant pleasant to deal with.
