My car didn't start and I reached out to AAA to come and give me a jump The battery was originally bought by AAA 2 years prior. When the service technician visited me he realized the issue isn't the battery but the alternator. He told me to contact a AAA location in Gahanna for the repair. I called the location I spoke to Chris who was very knowledgeable and told me an estimate. He even recommended that I had the car towed to the location the day before so they can get right to work starting on it the next day. Making my appointment online was very easy. With my AAA membership I requested an oil change to be done on the same day that my car was being repaired. Once my car had gone through the diagnostic portion Chris called me to verify it is the alternator review the estimate and told me he will give me a call when the job is done. When the job was finally finished the estimate was the same I got a great discount using my AAA membership. Five stars excellent service excellent customer service from Chris. I would recommend this place and if I have any more car issues I will go to AAA.

My home policy had a 2% wind deductible and they gave me a quote from Erie with the same deductible as the other coverages. That 2% would be over $5000 and my normal deductible is $1000. Also they had a better car replacement coverage on my car. If my car gets totalled, I get a car 2 years newer. They explained a lot of coverage that noone ever took the time to explain.

I have had the worst experience ever with Hilary Miskov at AAA travel in Worthington, Oh. Never…read morebook anything through her. 4 friends went to see her in July 2025 to fly first class to Switzerland in May of 2026. The trip cost each of us over $12,000 each with upgraded rooms on a river cruise. Our upcoming trip will have 2 of us flying in the morning and 2 in the afternoon even though this was a 4 person trip overseas all together. she finally booked our transportation from hotels to the ship and so on after 9 months of us calling and texting to get it straightened out. some of the hotel rooms were not even booked until recently. it's been a total nightmare and I hope that the 4 of us will eventually meet and share the same ship and hotel rooms once we get there. I have never flown overseas and had hoped the group could help me navigate through it but it looks like I'm doing that on my own now
