The gentleman I dropped off to was wonderful, but that's where it ended and the rest was a mess! We had a suit pressed and shirt cleaned and was to be ready to pick up day of Prom. The shirt wasn't ready but we were charged anyway and sent to the other store (13 miles away, GRiver/Haggerty) and told it would be ready in an hour. We got there only to learn the shirt was en route back to the original store and to go back there to get it! All of this running around was unnecessary and yet we were still charged for it! I have to wear dress shirts to work every day, I probably have 15 to 20 dress shirts, I get so tired of the incessant laundry and ironing, seems like I'm always doing it, and the kicker is I'm probably the worst ironer in the world, I even bought a steam machine but it the end that takes just as long. So I decided to give all-star Cleaners a try, I brought in 10 shirts, they had them neatly cleaned and pressed the very next day, I couldn't have done this good a job if my life depended on it, I'm sold, no more washing and pressing work shirts myself. the 10 shirts cost me $17 read more

I've tried them all and All-Star Cleaners is the best by far! I've been taking in my shirts and suits for 25 years to various dry cleaners. I have tried them all as I really appreciate a quality effort. All-Star does a fantastic job and they are super-friendly, efficient and on-time too. This place sends me a text message when my shirts are ready. I go to pick them up and on a hot day, the owner has an ice cold bottle of water for me to take with me. Love this place. Owner ruined 2 pieces of a canopy that I dropped off. One item melted, and the other was melted and it bled. He refused to refund my money and actually told me it was MY fault and that I probably was the one who actually melted it. Very unprofessional establishment. Should consider renaming Zero-Star Cleaners. Since change in ownership earlier in the year, quality of cleaning and ironing has declined to unacceptable levels with a few shirts in every load coming out wrinkled. But my most recent encounter with them will be my LAST - no ifs ands or buts: Four of my white shirts were torn at exactly the same place - right collar. When I took them back, the owner without an iota of concern, deemed the shirts as old and therefore got torn. Rather than arguing with a business owner who has no regards for his customers, I chose to leave the shirts with him as his 'trophies'. Never going back to him. read more

Today I tried to drop my laundry at 6:56pm, four minutes before they close at 7pm. The sign on the window was on and said open. As I walked in, the younger lady said sorry we are closed. I showed her my phone which has the most accurate time and it showed it was 4 minutes to 7pm, she said sorry my clock says 7pm... I guess the 4 minutes she saved is worth the ongoing business this place is going to lose, I hope it was worth it! Do yourself a favor and find a better dry cleaner! I had been dealing with the cleaners for almost ten years when I moved to the area. No more. I took back an item worn to a charity event over one year ago for a re-cleaning. Since the event, it had been stored until recently when it was unwrapped from the All-Star Cleaning packaging and a significant stain was noticed. I was greeted by a clerk who identified herself as Maggie Stevenson who advised she would have to call the owner, Troy, to see if she could re-process the item without a charge. In that conversation, which I listened to, she failed to mention I was a long time, formerly premier customer and that the stain had been missed. Upon completion of the phone call, I was advised that the owner would not re-clean the item without a charge. When I asked why, she angrily advised me they were not going to process the dress upon which I advised that I would post my experience on the various social media sites including Google, Yelp and file a complaint with the BBB, Better Busines Bureau. This comment was met with Maggie threating to contact the Novi Police and report me as a disorderly person. I suggested she do so as nothing I said to her was threatening in any way and she, and the owner, would have another issue to deal with in the way of malicious prosecution. Said conversation was witnessed by another male customer who walked in after I arrived. Sad to see what has happened to the business. read more

We started going to this cleaners about two weeks ago we gave them a comforter to dry clean. The it was returned to us clean but with rips all through the sides of it. When I finally got an opportunity to speak with the manager he was confrontational from the very start of the conversation and pretty much accused me of being a liar. They lost the pants to my husbands suit. Now he has an almost brand new suit jacket with no pants!

After reading some of the comments I was concerned. But my experiences have been good. First was a king size comforter, good price. Second was a suit which was ready on time and no issues. Staff was friendly and I'd go again for future dry cleaning needs. read more

My dad took his suit (jacket and pants) and 2 ties to this dry cleaner to get cleaned. When he went to pick it up, they insisted he already picked it up (which he hadn't). He went back in, and they looked and said they couldn't find the order. He called a few times and they said they had 3 suits it might be and asked him to come in and look at them - none of them were his. They had ties for sale on the wall and one of them looked identical to one of the ones he brought in to clean. There was no concern on their end to do anything about customer service or try to make it up to him that they lost his only suit and ties. I would absolutely not recommend this dry cleaner and no one in our family will be going back. read more
