I should've asked for them but ended up using my hotspot. I came here to use a larger capacity washing machine for my daughters comforter. The price was reasonable compared to area laundromats. I overheard the owner mentioning that they also do commercial accounts too. I was tempted to try their pickup service but decided I needed the time away from my desk. The have drop off service as well as dry cleaner and also provide services for businesses as well. So glad they are back in business!

There was also the standard vending machine in case you forgot any of your detergent and whatnot. There was one employee I saw working who was very nice when I accidentally spilled some powdered detergent on the floor. On the flip side, this place doesn't have the vibe that you'd want to hang out in and work while your laundry is going. There's no place to really sit at a table and do some work. I think most customers are locals who drop off their laundry and come back when their laundry is done. Drop it off at your own peril I suppose?

Heartbroken by the lack of care and customer service…read more I have been a loyal customer here for a long time, choosing to support this local business "no matter what." Unfortunately, that ended today. I brought in a brand-new silk scarf from a local boutique. I specifically asked if they could handle the delicate material and was told yes. The service cost $60--more than I even paid for the item on sale--but I was happy to pay for professional work. When I picked it up, the silk was ruined; it "clumps" and no longer drapes. When I returned to ask for help, the owner was dismissive, put the item directly under a steamer without a protective cloth, and when I asked for a partial refund or discount due to the damage, he told me: "Not my problem." As someone dealing with a recent chronic diagnosis, this scarf was a rare treat for myself. To be treated with such zero empathy and zero accountability is unacceptable and, just sad.

Also can't use the washer now while waiting on maintenance to fix/get a new one ordered etc and it's way too many loads to do at a friend's or family member's. Enter, the laundromat. So looked up this place and it got the best reviews in my area and I had a very pleasant experience here. It was clean, staff was pleasant, and machines worked well. I will say that they posted that they were having an issue with their hot water lines so some of their machines were cold water only on the cycles but they were clearly labeled and had plenty of signs explaining what was going on and that they were working on it. Here was the price break down: Top loaders: 3.75 Front loaders: 6.75 + 1.00 extra for "super rinse" Dryers: .25 for 5 min any temp Mega loaders - not sure, just said "Time left" and a slot for quarters Soap Center - 1.50 each There's a kid's area, a snack machine, change machines take 1s, 5s, 10s, 20s, and an ATM. Also a couple of arcade games. Staff does not have change but they do offer a wash and fold service on site if interested.
