We were happy with our quote as well as the whole process of the project being completed in overall satisfaction! They are booked out but once they started, completion was not too bad! We had originally wanted one side to have the open hog wire(black) in cased with cedar but we were told that the wire doesn't come in black and that it was painted so we ended up doing cedar on that side! Didn't complete the job as discussed multiple times with the disappearing project manager. Very poor quality workmanship. The owner came by after we complained and did nothing. I would never recommend the crew unless your going to watch them install every single post, bracket and board. The project manager came sniffing around near the end of the job, sees the $10k mistake and asked me why it was installed like that. Ummm, because you left zero instructions and the crew has no common sense? It's your job to manage yout crew, not mine. They came out to do an estimate. I needed 50 feet of fencing put in and 2 new taller gate sections, plus a purrfect cat system that goes along the fence line to protect my cats from getting out. The person doing the estimate said no problem, I know what you are talking about, we can help you. I will have this estimate back to you within 2 days. 3 weeks later after calling a couple of times, the owner wrote back and said sorry can't help you. I asked why it took so long and if there was anyone, he knew of that could install this. They didn't even want the new fence and gate business - guess it was too small of a job - BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR SURE! read more

BEWARE PAY TOP DOLLAR FOR SHADY WORK AT BEST I Paid for a rear fence they sent a crew out that could not speak English, well the 9ur old boy who accompanied his immigrant father could. They used a tractor and drove over my concrete side walks and driveway doing extreme damage to the walk ways and the existing landscape and neighbors concrete walk and sprinkler box. Prior to the work being done I flagged all of my sprinkler heads and THEY we're ignored and most heads damaged or tore out by the skid steer auger they used. Again the workers could not speak English destroyed not only sprinkler heads but destroyed all the mechanical wires to the sprinkler system. So my 6,000 dollar rear fence installation cost me 10,000 in repairs. Not to mention the fence post caps were not secure and most of them have blow away in the wind. Ordered a black chainlink fence with a regular man gate and 19' sliding gate in front of the driveway for my front yard and 6' tall down one side of my home. The team is very professional, friendly, and genuine! They did an amazing job! Upon completion I sent an email to Phil and complimented him and his team on a great job...with one exception. The man gate did not fit quite right. Phil assured me that he'll send his team back out to correct it. They determined that the gate was a couple of inches too big, so they replaced it. The first day they got here there was a driving snow storm and that didn't even slow them down. Luckily it cleared up after a few hours. The owner of All-Star Fence, Ben, and his team, provided some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced and I have been in the customer service industry my entire working life. I was told that I would get a $50 Amazon gift card due to being okay with pushing my installation date back a few months. I never got it. Basically Ben called me a liar multiple times throughout this transaction. First, when the customer service girl told me I could have a 10' tall fence minus the 12' gate for the same price, to which he responded she wouldn't have said that even though she fired due to giving customers misinformation. Second, when I asked three times for a price quote on the difference of a 15' fence extension on one side, but got no response, then finally had to ask the installers (2 stars to the these guys that got it very nicely done in the 2 days they worked on the fence) the day they were installing the fence, to which they responded they could do it for the same price despite the extra materials, Ben said they didn't say that and tried to charge to more than $400 than what we agreed to. WHAT A NIGHTMARE. Ben, you just lost a whole lot more than $400. You sir, do not deserve to be in the customer service industry. You thought I was just a stupid kid you could take advantage of me. I chose to wait a few months to write a review until I could really see how my fence settled through these few months of weather/use. Overall, the fence that was placed beautified my home. We received many compliments from friends and neighbors. There are a few small things that I can easily ignore/fix:: latches no longer lining up, one panel of wire stretched horizontal vs. vertical like the rest of the fence--this is ok since it's the gate to my garden which looks different anyway. Thing is, we called a handful of companies for estimates and these guys were the only ones who called back. We got an estimate last year, but couldn't afford the price tag initially. When we were ready this year, the owner was happy to honor last years' bid even though we were both aware of an increase in lumber costs. Bottom line, these guys got it done and I'm happy! read more

I can't say enough good things about All Star Fence Company of Spokane! Within days of my contacting them, a company representative met me on-site so I could point out what I wanted -- removal of an old decrepit wooden fence and replacement with a new vinyl fence. He gave me a bid right then. The construction went equally well -- they communicate well, are efficient and very good at what they do, and took all the old boards and waste away. I was a little worried since the fence would be built at a rental property and I couldn't be there -- but I needn't have worried -- they did an excellent job even without anyone there to keep an eye on things. I'm rather disappointed with the quality of work performed by All Star Fence. During installation I pointed out the end posts with gates hanging on them were not plumb so the gates didn't hang correctly. Their attitude was I didn't know what I was talking about and that the gates just needed to be tensioned. I showed them with a bubble level that the poles weren't plumb, to which the lead installer shrugged and said they would fix it. They left without fixing the problem. With the improving weather I've been fixing the posts, lowering the fence material (it was 4" off the ground in places), tightening all the loose ground wire and squaring all the gates. I'll not be using or recommending All Star Fence again. read more

Sure, I had to wait in line for a while to get my fence, but, "Hey, thankfully times are good in Spokane and so contractors are busy!" But, the waiting time aside, All Star did a great job on my ornamental iron fence. A good fence takes planning precision; installation accuracy; and a solid, stable attractive finished product. All star put in a chain link fence for us back in June. One section was not installed as requested. We called within a week, and told them the problem. Someone came Out and looked at the problem, and also had To tighten many of the bolts , most were finger loose. Replacement was scheduled at 8:00am for July 2, they did not come, and when we called they said it would be after noon. We were leaving for a trip which is why we wanted them early. Over the following weeks, severL calls were made with no results. Finally it was scheduled For the 10th of September, the guys showed up and knew nothing about replacing. We called the office and said there was some miscommunication. Was scheduled For September 17, 8am. No show. Called office and said they would be there to do job between 2-2:30. They showed Up at 4:30 and torn down existing fence, sets poles, and were gone by 5:30. It is now September 18, and we have no fence yet. Make very sure that before you pay them, you have exactly what you want. Once You pay, they don't seem very Interested in providing good customer service. read more

I tried for two years to get fencing companies in Spokane to give me a bid for repair of my vinyl fence. They would tell me they'd come out and never show up, not return calls, etc. because my job was too small. I was very frustrated and embarrassed because my fence looked awful. I called All Star and they came to do a bid, took a deposit, and came back to fix the fence. It looks great and they did the job for a very reasonable price. I HIGHLY recommend All Star! read more

Seemed to be a bit more expensive than other installers but this is the company my neighbor and I agreed on since we were sharing the cost. Had to call them back to fix a post. Also had to ask them multiple times to take the old fence away (an extra charge we did pay for). I realize that sprinklers are probably going to be damaged during the process of putting in a fence and we did sign a waiver saying they were not responsible. We had to replace 4 sprinkler heads. A little more than I expected. But they also completely severed the line and then poured concrete over the severed pipe. I made a video and emailed it to the owner. He replied that he was offended that I implied his workers saw the damage and tried to cover it up. Over all the fence seems to be sturdy and well installed. read more

My aunt needed a fence to enclose the yard for her dog. We asked ken at All Star Fencing for a bid on chain link. He got back to me with a bid in two days and when it was over my aunts limited budget, he offered ideas on how to trim the expense. We finally decided to put up a welded wire fence ourselves due to cost but I still have not heard back from the other two companies I contacted for bids.
