Anyone considering using this company should take note of our experience. First, the quality of the final products were quite good and the price was reasonable. The installation crew was professional and courteous. Second, the process we had to go through with the company to get the projects completed was abominable! Delay and excuse one after another ("very busy"), no return phone calls or emails for days. We started the process with them in early June and it was not completed until just before Labor Day - nearly 3 months. I would recommend using this company only if you specify a completion date in the contract with appropriate penalties if the deadline is not met.
