We elected to buy an opener at Home Depot while he accommodated us by doing other work nearby to enable him to provide same-day installation. I received a text a short time later saying he didn't have time in his schedule? How could he not have any time when we didn't agree to any timeline? Written quotes with the expectations on a job are to protect both the home owner and contractor. Companies that won't give a written quote, in my opinion are shady and the customer won't have any recourse if the job is not done correctly.

It has been 3 weeks since I was told they would be back the next day to finish touch ups and they have only called back once two weeks ago and said they would get right on the final touch ups. The crew made no attempt to prevent unnecessary damage to plants (some is to be expected). The crew left trash from the window wrap and empty paint buckets around the house. I will be willing to re-evaluate my review if they ever finish my house. I do not recommend this company!
