The day of he goes to drop it off and can't find it, come to find out after asking a local shop it is actually in Waverly. I called after finding this out and asked for the correct address, we headed there when the 2 of us got off and could not find it for the life of us so i ran in a car lot that had a perry's van behind it and asked where it was. He said that it had burnt down and pointed me in the right direction of their new location, I find this place and it did not have a perry's sign on it but a ups sign. I walk in and the lady proceeds to tell me she needs to drive it down the street to another car lot for the repair, i decline and say i'll do it myself. We make our way down to the other place and they tell us we can't tint it or do anything to the windshield for an x amount of time which was wrong, my plan was to tint it the next day and they told me no so i told my tint guy he called and they told him completely different. Moral of the whole story the windshield ended up looking like shit and it was a shit show to even get it done. Lousy service and a bad job.

We scheduled for a 8-12 appointment, but the tech ended up not showing up or reaching out so we had to reschedule for the following week. Although the first appointment made us apprehensive, the second one went much better. The tech (Joshua), called when he was about 20 minutes out and showed up shortly after. He was incredibly friendly, helpful and informative. The whole replacement took about an hour and he even vacuumed all the remaining glass out of the back of the vehicle. While the insurance paid for the entire repair, the invoice that we received did reflect a price that I felt was reasonable (under $400 for the glass itself and installation).

Sutherland's was bought out by Vest auto repair. I went to the dealership and asked about a…read moretransmission fluid change and they said $300. Vest said about $130. Well when I went in they found that an old gear box that I had run over at night had knocked a hole in my transmission pan. They ordered a new pan and put it on, changed the fluid and charged me $275. still $25. cheaper than what the dealership wanted for just the fluid change. I also had some brake work done and it seems they might not be quite right. But I'm 100% sure if I call them and explain to them that something might be going on they will straighten it out. It might be where I don't have new brakes on the rear too.
