I bumped into the owner (TKD & BJJ Black Belt instructor) Jimmy Holmes before they opened this new location as I was peering through the windows after getting a coffee next door. I ended up getting a full tour of the facility & the plans for their use of the back building to be a competition/tournament sized mat space with a weight training setup as well. It is a beautiful facility, they're still doing upgrades here & there, but my favorite little fact about it is that the dumbbell rack in the back goes all the way up to 150lbs!! They offer a great selection of youth classes with a mix of high level men & women instructors. The team, THE TEAM!! They have competition medal winners across the board in martial arts & a great team atmosphere! Boys, girls, men, women, tons of competitors & winners, but minimal ego. Personally, I was only living here while I completed an internship for my degree program, but they've been very welcoming & accommodating during my short stay with them.
