We cannot recommend this company at all. They couldn't remember where they buried the bait stations in our yard! How can you check them when you can't find them? Common sense tells you they would draw a map when they install. NO they don't do maps! Waste of money. read more

Sure they fix some issues with ants but we got wrapped up in the contract for 2 years!!!, then trying to leave they would charge $100 dollars if we canceled. Our last spray the guy didn't even spray, he walked all threw my house either pretended to spray or didn't know how to use the sprayer. I saw no residue from after him "spraying" all the rooms, all the past workers I could see it was lightly damp where they sprayed. So not even a month later the ants are back, and of course they won't come respray because we ended our 2 year contract. Will not be using them again, and do not recommend to anybody else. Also, the last worker was not someone I would ever want in my house, did not seem professional and was shady. read more

This service is awful and the company is so unprofessional. We hired this company to spray our home for spiders due to having a little one in the home. They were non-transparent when it came to what we would be charged after asking multiple times for clarification before we scheduled with them. When we got our first statement and it was not what we had agreed on the receptionist was very rude and condescending. Every time they sprayed our home more spiders and other creepy crawlers showed up in and around our home. We asked for them to come out in between scheduled services to take care of the problem and had even more bugs. When we expressed our disappointment the company was again rude and not helpful. Since we have cancelled their service we oddly haven't had ANY problems with spiders. I highly recommend going with a different company. read more

Up until last quarter I had great service with this company. At the last scheduled treatment I watched while the tech did NOT treat the outside of the house as usual. I saw him packing up & I asked him if he was finished. He said yes & I asked him to have someone else out to finish. I spoke at length w/the office woman (very unprofessional) & she assured me that "Cole' would come back out & be our "go to guy" from then on. Today the same person showed up. I sent him off & called the office. Again the woman was unprofessional & apparently "Cole" was no longer employed there. I specifically selected this company because they are family owned & Christians. Very disappointed in this company. read more

Awesome service! They came out to service my home mostly for spiders, wasps and ants. They showed up right on time and treated incredibly throughly and professionally. The technician was very nice and respectful and made sure I was satisfied before he left. Will continue to use for a long long time!! read more

If you need an exterminator or not, don't use All Star Pest Control. They are unprofessional, they don't complete what they say is included, they will hit your credit card again without permission, and after they haven't done what's expected of them in the contract still expect payment anyway. I have used this company for a few years now and I've been very happy with them. A few months ago, while my husband was deployed, I had an issue with mice. It was one more thing on my plate while he was away. I was a bit overwhelmed to say the least, but All Star made this issue easy to fix. I called them up and they sent Gayle came out. He placed traps, talked about how I could use steel wool to keep the mice out and suggested that I use spray foam to re-insulate the pipes coming into the house. He took a good look around the house and found where they were coming in. I was very grateful and I appreciate that whatever problem I have, whether it's mice or a wasp nest forming on the house - like we had a couple of years back - they take care of it at no extra cost. All Star Pest Control is a seriously shady company. I signed up for our home to be treated after they cased our neighborhood for work. We were treated twice and after each time my daughter and I have both had several brown recluse bites. Big, swollen, oozing bites, some swelling to the size of my palm. When I inquired as to why the product wasnt working, I was met with condescending emails and refusal to let us cancel. Three times I requested to cancel in writing. They swore the product would work and they would treat again. And again no results. I finally had to get snippy with them before they let us cancel... but they required a $100 cancellation fee which was never in the original signup and in fine print in an email sent after signing up. So $200+ later we have more spiders around the house and my daughter and I have scars from bites. Please dont do business with them. They are not out for the interests of their customers, just getting their money. read more

In October my husband was replacing some siding and discovered we had termites! We were also supposed to go out of town in a week. We were panicked since we have never had to deal with termites before. We called All Star Pest Control and Monte came out the next day! He was so kind and took care of the problem! Beyond frustrated and mad at this company!! Told the sales guy I already had a company. That came by every quarter for 100 dollars. Said he could match that plan, and offered to spray the shed in the back yard as well. I put my 100 dollars down to start and they came out a week later to spray. Then the unprofessional nightmare began. About three weeks after the the first spray I got an email that they needed to do another spraying. I emailed them back saying I signed up for a 3 month plan and did not need or want another spraying for another two months. They responded by saying it was part of their initial appointment. Reluctantly I agreed. They sent out their tech. He sprayed then went next door and played on the neighbors basket ball hoop including hanging off of it. After the spraying they charged me another 100.00 dollars. So their initial payment is really 200 dollars, and the time for their tech to trespass and play on neighbors equipment. I emailed them back expressing my out rage on the charge and the tech, and wished them to cancel my service. A month later I get another email asking me to set my next appointment. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!! I sent them another email saying I canceled my service due to your lack of professionalism. Today they charged me another 100.00 for canceling. HOLY S***. Never have I had such poor service. Looking a the reviews above I should have done my homework. For their yeah we can do 3 months for 100.00 I am 300.00 out.
