The doctors response "Oh well if you want help with that, we can put you on birth control" I never went back because 1) I've been on BC in the past, it did not help me at all nor did it do anything for the pain. 2) I HAD to settle for my tubes being tied because I'm "not old enough" and I "don't have 3 kids." 3) I refuse to go on BC because I am already "big" in my eyes and I know how birth control can and will make us women gain weight. I will never come here again for anything and if any friends or family members get pregnant, I will NOT be advising them to go to this place at all.

Don't waste your time here…read more I attended one "assessment" and five sessions of 40 minutes each, each one at a different cost. When I asked why, I was told it was a question for the billing department. The staff just do what they are told. I had my cell phone rudely snatched out of my hand, was loudly insulted while other patrons were watching and listening, was told that this was a medical facility, and I am not a customer and not entitled to believe that I am right. All this at the reception desk! At the assessment I was told that I would be assigned to a team of physical therapists. Never happened. New one every session, and only one bothered to read the file to catch up on my routine. Two were brand new and didn't know the exercises or equipment. Two were great, and one was middling. All but one started the session late and ended it early. I was hounded by text messages to advise me that I didn't "comply" with the number of sessions I should have every week. But they overbook every day. There's no way to scroll through their schedule to find open appointment times. There aren't any. It takes forever to try. One day I received 14 emails about it. Why is this my job? This place is not worth the trip. It took longer to get there than the session lasted because the entire route is replete with construction. Today they refused to treat me further because the manager didn't like the statement I made about being disrespected!

Since my 20s, I have always seen a chiropractor…read more Chiropractic is a valuable tool in all over body health and I will die on that hill! I have used chiropractic as a supplement to of course my primary care physicians and specialists all through the years. In this case, however, I found myself in pain due to the truck in front of me dumping half of his bumper in the road, which immediately flew underneath my little car. I slammed on the brakes in order to not destroy my car, but alas, my car was totaled from this kind of an impact. Right now, I am battling with the insurance company and mourning the loss of my little convertible that I treasured and kept in impeccable condition. That said, three days after this unfortunate occurrence I noticed that my neck was very tight and I was having symptoms. I decided I needed to go to be evaluated by chiropractic. My primary care physician wanted me to go to the emergency room, but I knew that would become an unnecessary expenditure of money. I do not have a chiropractor in this area so I sought the help of yelp! This was an outstanding visit in which I left feeling so much better! My doctor (Dr Hoback) had a wonderful sense of humor, was kind and very gentle with me, knowing that I was in good deal of discomfort. I will agree with every single person on Yelp that between the office, the phone call, the ease of filling out forms and the doctor herself, that this is an outstanding little practice. I am thrilled! And here- I found them by accident- lol! But I look forward to restoring my neck and focusing on all over body health for the future. The office staff is kind and friendly. They also carry standard process products of which I have been a huge fan of for many years. I am so glad that I found them and I plan to be a regular patient here after my aches and pains are fixed. I have 100% confidence that this will be very soon, largely due to my awesome first visit. Dr Tiffany Hoback has my highest recommendation, although I am fairly certain that any of the doctors here will have you back in action and your health, fully supported, and maybe even restored!
