There's a bowl of apples waiting for you and the tv is on. It feels like being at home. I really enjoy the technicians there especially Bree, she does a wonderful job making my teeth feel clean and healthy. Kneib Dentistry is above the learning curve as they use texting to confirm appointments and to send appointment reminders, I really wish more businesses would do this. Amy had adorable pet photos in her room and told me all about her fur babies. Amy did such a thorough job with my teeth cleaning. She was so thoughtful to hand me chapstick to keep my lips moist throughout the cleaning. She gave a detailed explanation of what she was doing and told me of any teeth that needed extra attention or might need some repairs soon. Once she was completed with my cleaning Dr. Marsh checked her work. He is very kind and personable. One thing to note is that he is a perfectionist. He will often want to fix cosmetic related things with your teeth, and is honest if it is necessary dental work or just aesthetic. I got a groove in my tooth filled on based on his recommendation that not only will my tooth look nicer, but it will help the aggravation he was starting to see near my gum line. I don't appreciate nor can I approve of your talent in the customer/patient service aera. The beautiful crown you so rudely damaged had been there since October 2006, protecting my collapsed number 30 for more than 16 years, without any problems. You didn't even have the decency to ask me if I have had any problems with it or whether I wanted it removed or keep it for another 10 - 15 years. You just went ahead without any consideration or respect for what the consequences might be. You might be ambitious, but your professionalism leaves a lot to be desired. I asked you several times to leave it alone. The crown in question was not broken so there was no reason at all for you to violate my request. What part of "don't fix it" didn't you understand? For the time being I'm negotiating with a professional dentist regarding replacing your mistake at #30 with an expensive implant. Concerning #4, I'm not so sure that it was necessary to just pull it out. A more competent dentist could probably have saved it. As it is now, I don't have any other choice but to replace it with another implant. I seriously consider that you should pay for the damage you have done. I suggest that you help me to finance the part not covered by my insurance. We are planning to split the implants into two claims where my insurance should assist with $2000.00 on each claim. After estimated discounts and grants, that would leave approximately $6000.00 to a compensation claim for damages.
