The back half has no drip edge and with the recent wind a shingle had ripped off because it was not nailed in the nailing strip causing it to fail. When requesting someone to come and take a look they just emailed me and said there is no warranty and a quote to replace 1 shingle for $285. I let them know it was done incorrectly and they told me "I will note your decline of the proposal in our records." Terrible work and worse customer service.

We need additional paperwork for the insurance company and so far the insurance agent and myself have been unsuccessful.
