The back half has no drip edge and with the recent wind a shingle had ripped off because it was not nailed in the nailing strip causing it to fail. When requesting someone to come and take a look they just emailed me and said there is no warranty and a quote to replace 1 shingle for $285. I let them know it was done incorrectly and they told me "I will note your decline of the proposal in our records." Terrible work and worse customer service.

We've been asked to provide a review of our roof replacement done on 10-3-22. We give you a 3…read morerating. Below is a list of issues/concerns. 1) Shingles don't extend over the gutter guards. Not uniform, some areas fit fine, while other areas show rather large gaps-over 1 inch. Not only does this allow wind/rain to get under the shingle, but this looks sloppy. Prior to the new roof, the gutter guards were completely hidden. 2) There are roof dips. 1 where the old part meets the newer addition. Maybe shins should have been used to make a smooth transition. Another one is on the street side, all part of the old roof. 3) Several nail pops(broken plaster on ceilings) in 3 rooms. The bathroom is the worst. It will need to be patched, and painted. Fyi, we had no issues when we had workers in the attic adding insulation, and clearing the roof vents in 2018. When the Helping Hands roofers were on the roof, they were rattling the light fixtures! 4) The ceiling fan in the bathroom is now not allowing any ventilation. We have some ventilation before. Several attempts at corrections have been unsuccessful. $300 off for ceiling repair was given which might not cover the cost of patching and painting.

The one and only bathroom outlet in my 108-year-old house stopped working, so after a handyman…read morefailed to fix the problem by replacing the GFCI box, I called an electrician known to me. He sent two of his employees who spent a couple of hours trying to determine what was wrong. They left without fixing it, but said they would come back and work around the problem by installing a different GFCI outlet in the wall above where the bad one was and tie it into the service line of the wall sconce that existed. I didn't like that solution and since the company didn't plan to come back for a three weeks, I called Asidaco upon the recommendation of a friend. Asidaco tracked down the problem in less an hour, (It was a bad breaker in the breaker panel.) fixed it and several other potential hazards quickly. Great work! I know who I will call in the future.
