I heard by someone else that he thought maybe the guy putting the fertilizer down was selling what he didn't use on the side. They are 1 of the best locally owned businesses, and very affordable, and extremely knowledgeable. We recently sold our home and moved into a rental home. Unfortunately, the rental had bugs, and spiders of all kinds lurking in it. Dan the owner was sent out by rental company to do the indoor and outdoor areas. We scheduled a time for him to come out. On day of service he called and said he could come earlier if I wanted him to, and of course I said YES! Dan showed up, he was very polite, professional and knowledgeable about what kind of bugs we had, he took his time, did the entire inside of house, garage and attic before he proceeded outside. Most extermination companies do half of the job he did, and charge way more to do it, and then when they do come to your house they are in and out in 5 minutes. Not Dan . . . He spent a minimum of an hour making sure he covered everything. We have used Cook's before, and I regret not finding this gem of a company sooner. He and his associate Barry showed up next day to fix a hanging towel bar and a bunch of built-in cabinet doors that were hanging wonky. They were professional, courteous and fast! After speaking with someone who stammered a bit when questioned, he was quick to transfer me to the area manager's phone where I left a message. When I attempted to call back, no one answered. I want to know what services are still provided and with what guarantees for what I am paying. I can pull up my original contract and peruse it and see if I can hold them accountable for what terms I originally agreed to pay them to service, but I am not happy nor am I satisfied.
