We have used All State for our pest and lawn services for a year. Can not tell you how pleased I am with both services!! They definitely go above and beyond (even replacing a pvc pipe cover that our prev co mowed over and broke)! Great communication letting us know when they are coming, and always there to answer any questions, give advice, or anything else we may need! We have had them do several bigger landscaping projects aside from the weekly lawn care. They have built flowerbeds, planted several trees, and removed some trees as well. I have never had such attentive service before from sales, office staff, and the rest of the employees!! I HIGHLY recommend these guys!! We have even recently contracted them to maintain my parents and my inlaws lawns and provide pest control at their houses as well! We have used All-State for over a year for pest control and added lawn service in the spring. The pest control service has worked, but the company does not call to notify us that they will be in our area spraying, thereby forcing us to call and schedule an additional spraying for the inside of our house or pay the full amount for only the outside to be sprayed. The lawn service does a good job, however we have had the same issue with them not calling about when they will be mowing our yard. We have a gate that must be unlocked, so for 4 weeks, our backyard went uncut because despite our request for one, a call was not made from All-State saying they would be cutting. Additionally, our contract stated our yard was to be cut every other week and we were being cut every week. It took us calling 3 times before our requests for the yard to be cut every other week AND for us to be notified of when our yard would be cut so the gate could be unlocked before it was done correctly. Due to our issues, we told them we would not be paying for the weekly cuts, as our contract specifically stated our cuts were to be done every other week, not to mention our backyard had not been cut for weeks. Imagine my surprise when I just discovered they automatically deducted an outrageous amount from our bank account, presumably to cover the costs of the yard, plus our pest control. We did not authorize these charges, nor have we received a bill for the pest control. I feel certain that not only can I find a company that keeps bugs away and can cut our grass (and follow simple instructions), but one that does not steal from customers. read more

Allstate Pest Control & Lawn Care team did an AMAZING job beautifying our lawn from weeding challenging areas, laying mulch, trimmed trees, yard edging sidewalk, and cleaning up the debris!
