I was not sure what to expect, as I've never purchased a 33' x 12' RV carport before. All Steel NW was helpful in my ordering process, also conveying my understanding that the manufacturer is busy during NW winter months. Once we got close to my install date, I followed exactly their instructions for prepping/ leveling my gravel pad. Everything went smoothly and installation from the manufacturer (from Salem, OR) was successfully completed in about 3 hours. Have patience, as your metal building won't be ready off the shelf - installation done the following week, sort of thing. That said, I would recommend All Steel NW and would order from them again. read more

100% rip off. We needed three metal buildings and planned to buy all of them from the same dealer within two months. After we put a deposit on the first building, the dealer called and told us he won't make good on our contract. We told him to return our deposit immediately. He said he'd mail the check back. Insted, he waited until the close of business that Friday and cashed the check. We are currently out several hundred dollars and have no building coming. The parent company, West Coast Metal Building , is in Salem, Oregon. They operate in Washington, Oregon, CA and other north west states. They don't hold their reps accountable. They don't honor contracts. They steal. read more

Great company to work with. Jenni did an amazing job with my order and with me, I'm a little demanding. I would not give the installers 5 stars....I would give them 10!!! If you want a custom sturdy quality building this is your place. If you're all about price and want a cheap (price and materials) building look elsewhere. With All Steel NW you get what you paid for and then some. read more

Planned my building long distance with Gary. He was great at explaining everything and made the process easy, especially for being half way across the country. The customer service at this place is horrible. I originally ordered my carport in August and it is getting installed in mid December. Unless I called them, there was no follow up on their part as to the status of my job and why it was delayed. When I called the place in Salem, Oregon where they get their material, they told me their last communication with All Steel NW was a month and a half prior. All Steel was blaming the manufacturer and the manufacturer called BS on them. Do not do business with these people. read more

Placed order July 14 and after 4 weeks I called and manufacturer had never heard of me. Called All steel and their claim was that it was a manufacturer mistake. I now have a install date of October 9 thru 14 a full 3 months later. Promised 4 to 6 weeks. They do not manufacture or install the buildings. They are only a sales office and have nothing to do with install. Now I wait until October to see if they show up. They have a 320. deposit. Hopefully I wasn't scammed as the other reviewer has said. read more

Hi, This has been the very worse decision in my life by picking this company. I called up and spoke to a Courtney. She did not know anything about the product. She sent me pictures and I sent her pictures. She told me it would come painted all white witch she admitted is was in correct. She also did not tell me that there were going to be bars across my kitchen windows and bed room windows because she for got the frame outs.This is a major fire issue in the City OF Auburn came out and told me to correct it.All Steel NW would not correct it and put blame on a company who installed it. Also they fasten this 28 x 58 carport to dirt! Also she never told me that the frame is 2 and half inches wide and away from my house and my windows are going to have going across them..I paid this company and good faith and ended up paying over $2000.00 to pay other contractors to make it right. The President of this Company Alfred P. Durant is blaming the company he hired to install it. I bought the product from All Steel NW! I paid this company over $5000.00 plus $2000.00 to another contractor to correct the problems because The President Alfred P. Durant would not stand behind his product.I have all the pictures to prove this.Please read this before you buy from them. Please look at my pictures. We ordered a building at what we thought was a great price, nearly a third of competitors. After waiting the 8-12 weeks for our delivery, we get the appointment. Finally we will get our building, of course it's a holiday weekend and we have to cancel plans. Two days before delivery they cancel. We were supposed to get a call back the next week, no call. I contacted the sales rep who answered via email and said they would call immediately. Still no call. After several emails and repeated promises of a call nothing. I finally get a number I can call myself, everyone who can help is always out of the office or at "lunch". Many broken promises later we cancel our order. We are still waiting for the "check that's in the mail", not holding my breath. Don't waste your time or money!! read more

DO NOT USE THIS GUY! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Just like the previous horrible review, I also ordered my garage in August and here we are in January and its STILL NOT right! We were told that it would be 4 to 6 weeks, thank god we called because they didn't have us on the books and we were 6 six out (again!) The roll up doors didn't latch (why they didn't check it when they were done is beyond me) that took 3 weeks of emails back and forth and a bunch of lies and BS until I finally said I was going to take it a step further and they were fixed. NOW my roof leaks!!! And here we are 4 weeks from the time I reported it and it STILL leaks!!! No return calls, always need pictures and lots of stall tactics! This company and the manufacturing company is full of shit! This customer is also NOT part of the BBB!!!! If you look it up, they tell you he has an A with them because there is NO information for them to rate!!!! read more

Meet the Business Owner: Fred D.

Fred grew up in Belfair WA, and graduated from Bremerton High. As a young man he started his first business at 18 doing janitorial for small business. Later Fred joined the Army and served 6 years as a Calibration Specialist. After receiving an honorable discharge he went to work at Boeing where he oversaw radiation safety at an underground particle accelerator facility. Although he loved his job, Fred missed being self employed and started a new career in sales. After managing several small business in 2001 Fred opened his second business. In 2004 Fred began working with West coast Metal buildings as a certified Dealer in Belfair WA. At present, All Steel NW is one of the largest Dealers in the Northwest with an A rating from the BBB. Fred attributes the success of All Steel NW to superior customer service. "We answer the phone, its that simple" he said.

We had to fire him from our kitchen remodel when he started delaying progress. He started delaying progress when I asked him to clean up after his work in our kitchen and when he installed sub-par moulding and added moulding we had not agreed to (we were still living in our house---so this was important) and he began screaming at me over the phone. He had an inability to control his emotions when confronted with any conversation that did not praise his work. He then did not bill his work in the manner we requested( we had to get reimbursement from our insurance after a fire--so this was also very important). His electrical sub contractor billed us almost 3 times the amount of the bid. When we fired him, he did not pay his sub contractor for all of the the painting job, and that sub begged us for the money. The painter also told us he had a bad temper. Because he refused to manage his emotions well (sarcastic and unresponsive texts, for example) or answer our questions reasonably after this, we hired a lawyer. We still had to pay the unreasonable electrictrician charges, and we piad him a lower portion of what he would have been paid if he had completed the job- and shafted his painter of full pay. We had to hire a new electrician and contractor to complete the job. Do not hire this man. Save yourself the heartache.

Josh didn't outstanding job on the tile work and I'm very satisfied with how it is holding up and it is amazing to look at. During this first visit he also built the bookcase which is attached on one side. It is free-standing on the other so that we can move it about it is a beautiful piece of furniture and I am very satisfied with it. He also built another custom piece which is the corner curio cabinet. Each piece has to be custom made. It was built into the wall to hide an open space and it is perfect he built-in lights and it holds everything that I need in that area. On the second visit to our house, Josh helped repair a leak in the sink. The previous floor had failed in our kitchen and he replaced all of the flooring with tile. I cannot say how much I love my new kitchen floor. Each time Josh was here he was respectful of my home, he kept it clean, he cleaned up after himself, he was kind, funny and friendly. He always kept his promise and he is an outstanding person to work with and you won't be disappointed. His prices are fair and customary to this area.

My inspector, who did get on roof, discovered extensive damage to roof to include water leaking into attic in several places. This inspector noted that roof needs replacement immediately. This damage was never listed on Titan report. Also, furnace was not Ok. It had not been inspected for 2 years and needed to be replaced. In addition, Titan report never mentioned water under house and some repairs needed there. While Titan used pictures and report looked good, I would have bought a house that needed thousands of dollars in repairs had I relied on their report.

ALL STEEL N.W. was great and Heather was extremely helpful with explaining all the details involved, which made the process simple. GREAT PRODUCT.The building LOOKS WONDERFUL and seems even sturdier than we anticipated. Thanks Heater, it's everything you said it was.The problem came from the manufacturing companies sub-contractors who missed the scheduled delivery dates time of delivery and set up. When the date and time is set, then it should be kept. You don't show up 4 hours early and then leave when no one answers the door, because they're running a post office errand, then call 2 hours after they're supposed to be there and reschedule for another day. Doesn't cut it. for that reason, sorry Heather, but you guy's get 5 stars and the manufacturers labor gets a 3 for good fast workers but lousy delivery and re-scheduling. This made for quite an inconvenience. read more

I had an RV car port constructed by All Steel NW/West Coast Metal Buildings at my residence in 2014, but moved to another house in 2016 where there was no space to construct one. My 20-foot trailer and the truck that pulls it are stored in two open-air spaces of an RV Storage lot in another housing development nearby so I made arrangements through All Steel NW to build covers for both the truck and the trailer. Both were completed in just a few hours on the same day in October 2016. I am pleased with the results, in both functionality and appearance, and was pleased to be able to watch the workers as they moved through the paces with utmost efficiency. I recommend All Steel NW and West Coast Metal Buildings for their quality materials and workmanship. I believe that these two covers are setting a higher standard for this RV Storage lot. read more

I've had my RV cover for 16 months. I've put off writing a review because I wanted to see how my cover held-up through the coastal rains and winds of southern Oregon.The cover has held-up beautifully. No leaks or leaning. Because of the cover, my RV will last several more years. Working with the office staff and installers was a good experience. They were happy to help and very professional. There are no hidden/surprise fees come installation time. Also, the installers erected the cover around my RV so I didn't have to move it. One recommendation I would make is to have rain gutters installed on the cover. They will keep the rain from flowing off the roof and eroding the foundation/dirt from under your rails. Living in North Kitsap County, WA, we get heavy winter winds. In March 2016, a rotting white pine on my neighbor's property snapped in two (1 1/2ft diameter tree). It took down part of cedar next to it as well. The top of the pine landed on the corner of my "All Steel NW" 18'x30' enclosed building. The building ceiling support beam bent and some siding, and a branch punctured the 12 gauge roof - and that's it (it could have been WAY WORSE)! The good news is that my ~$9,000 metal building saved my new 28' travel trailer - which is worth MUCH MORE! I have used them a few years ago and they did a great job so when I need a RV cover built on a concrete /asphalt surface with a drainage trough thru it these were the guys to call. Although they were 6 weeks out (expected) when the installers came in the afternoon the day before it was scheduled it worked out great. As they started assembly I was able to build and install the adjusted parts to make up for the drainage trough. I worked directly through the office in Salem and everything went seamlessly. read more

Great quality buildings and the install crew is fast and good at what they do. I've bought two buildings from them and had them over 5 years and still good as new. Only complaint would be how long the wait is because they are so busy they schedule about 6 weeks out but plan ahead and enjoy. read more
