If I could give ZERO STARS - I WOULD !!! These CLOWNS should NOT be in Business! They were contracted through my home warranty company to come out to repair my garage door opener. Here's the "timeline of torture": I contacted my home warranty company on Monday May 11th, 2020. They in turn contracted Door "CLOWN" Genie - who came out to my home on Tuesday May12th, 2020. They looked at my garage door opener and said "Yep - the motor is burned out and needs to be replaced" (which I already knew - so I said $75 bucks to be told something I already knew). The CLOWNS (door genie) said that they's call my home warranty company to "get authorization to replace the door opener unit. A week went by and I didn't hear a peep out of my home warranty company nor the CLOWNS at door genie. I called them on Thursday May 11th, 202 - to which I was told "We can't get a hold of your home warranty company" (basically a case of "pissing on my back and telling me it's raining"). ANOTHER WEEK GOES BY until today - I called the CLOWNS at door genie and said "Hey, remember me?" to which they responded "we don't work with your home warranty company anymore". I said GOOD - because you guys SUCK AT CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!! DO NOT WORK WITH THESE CLOWNS !!! read more

A few days ago our large heavy garage door that refused to open. Our two cars were trapped. We were very fortunate that All Tech Garage Door Service, based in Cottonwood, was able to send someone out within the day. The service technician was a man named Eric, who arrived with a well equipped truck, prepared to handle any problem on the spot. Eric diagnosed the problem quickly - he replaced two heavy springs with ones that were larger and stronger (better suited to our garage door than the ones that snapped), and had the problem resolved in about an hour. He was pleasant, polite and professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. All Tech also gave us a 3 year warranty, which is very reassuring. Outstanding in all regards! From scheduling through completion of service, professional, skilled, knowledgeable and efficient. Lance called in advance as requested which was appreciated. Quickly diagnosed the problem and provided options for our decision. Given the age of our unit I elected (without pressure) on a new replacement. Figured that was better than throwing new parts into an very old unit. Lance did a superb job on the installation, to include some slight adjustments and modifications to our door. I had my mother call All Tech to get her springs replaced and Alex did a wonderful Job on being on time and completing the job quickly and efficiently. Had garage door problems and got company name and phone number off the garage door button sticker. Called several times nobody picks up and always goes to voice mail. Left several messages and no return calls. Can't do good business if you do not manage the phone calls. This appears to be a below average company. read more

I used All tech in the past and got great service. This time the tech came out 45 minutes late. He replaced the springs and got the door working again. After he left the door would not open. I had to disconnect it from the opener to be able to open the garage door. The tech came back a few days later and made a few adjustments and explained he need to replace both rails, the rollers and all the hinges on the door since the were bad and should have been replaced when the new garage door was put on instead of using the old ones. He stated the opener was going bad because all the old parts. I got an estimate of over $800. I felt I had no choice. I set the appointment and I took time of work again so they could do all the repairs, 15 minutes prior to the appointment the office calls me and they lady was very nervous on the phone. She said they cant do the work. I ended up calling another company that did all the work for over $300, cheaper and they advised me the door opener went out because ALL Tech put the wrong springs on the door they were to big for the the door I have. After calling All Tech and explaining what I was just told them I got nothing but the run around. I finally told the lady on the phone I was going to call my credit card company and dispute the charge since they put the wrong parts on and it cause my opener to burn out. Only after I told they that they agreed to replace the springs with the correct part. I made an appointment for 9AM sharp. I was told I would be the first stop of the day. At 9:20AM, I call they office and was told I was scheduled from 9-11am. I told her that's not what the agreement was. I cant keep taking time off work. She said she would have the tech call me. Now 30 minutes later still no call. I would not recommend All tech for any garage door needs. They are over price and don't keep appointments as agreed. I don't think they respect their customers. Well they just lost one with me and I will NEVER recommend them again! read more
