We started having issues, and when they came back out he said it was our furnace blower & gave us our options. We decided to just replace the whole system due to variables we encountered. By the end of the day we were all set for install. A few days later they were out & had our new ac going by the end of the day & came back for a few hours the next day to finish the furnace. The technician came and did not replace the flame sensor he did clean the flame sensor piece of sandpaper which took less than 10 minutes and left me the sandpaper and basically charged me $110.00 for less than 10 minutes of work to clean a less than $10 part and did NOT even change out the defective flame sensor. $110.00 for less than 10 minutes of cleaning a $10 part and a piece of sandpaper is what I got from J&K heating and cooling RIP OFF of the century.

So if you went up to Ace hardware on Dixie highway, you could buy the same part for $18 on lucid one screw take off three wires to install the new one. Slide it up there tighten the screw put on the three wires and they want FUCKING $300 to replace that. You think that's a fair price? Of course, not you want to rip off the American consumer? I hope you never get suckered into some of these. Like you said, they'll average a tune-up for 39 bucks and end up costing you $300. I know they stole the company because the last owner he was able to run sewing over junk driving, kill him and never go to jail. So we overcharge you to pay his lawyer fees. You really need to boycott this company because they do overcharge all their customers. There's a company called Justin time mechanical heating and cooling that does a better job at a cheaper price. Also their Superior comfort which pushed iceberg the shame on service and prices. Now they raised their prices on their gold plan at iceberg eating and cooling which I canceled today. I called the famed T&G and they tried to rob me blind after they came out with some outrageous pricing for refrigerant. Contacted at least 5 other companies that would not tell me how much per lb they charge for refrigerant the tech will let you know after the diagnostic, no thank you. I message prime time here on yelp and the pricing was up front and reasonable. Tech arrived within the arrival time frame was knowledgeable and completed the task within 20 minutes. I call them first the next time i need service.
