Couldn't finish a job they were payed to complete on a multi million dollar house . They should change their name to inferior comfort !

I called them to clean my furnace I was told I had a crack in it. So I called another company for a second opinion and was told nope, my furnace is fine. The second company also said my furnace was not cleaned and is still dirty inside. read more

Called today to get a quote for a new AC unit & the lady on the phone was extremely rude. She basically told me we're not doing AC quotes right now because hundreds of people need heat or are without heat. And I said so you can't come over and give me a quote and not even install it? She said no because AC is not their main priority. Mind you getting an AC when it's cold out is usually cheaper than getting it in spring. So I said "could you come out and quote me and install it in the spring" she just kept saying no and that heat was important. Needless to say they lost out on thousands of dollars and I will not recommend them to anyone. read more

This company is a refreshing change for customer service. They have a great and very knowledgeable service team, and an awesome installation team. My A/C stop working thing spring and a friend. recommended to call Superior to look at it. They schedule me with in few days and sent a very knowledgeable service tech that examples what was wrong on my 1994 installed system. They gave me all my options and i decided it was time to upgrade. They had a sales person out the same day to provide me with more information and help me with what direction to go. They had me on the schedule with in two weeks and the installation team was awesome, they were friendly and go that install done in one day. Our air conditioner wasn't working right. It was turning off and on intermittently.The supervisor came out and within 15 minutes, knew exactly what was wrong. He scheduled to have a tech out next day to fix the unit with the part that was needed. Shawn, the supervisor, was very knowledgable and friendly. Superior came out and installed a new furnace with zone controls and central air unit. Rudy and Gavin did a great job. Worked tirelessly for 2 days sunup to sundown to make sure the job was done right. They explained how to use everything and made sure we were comfortable and had all of our questions answered prior to leaving each day. Superior using only the best materials and at a fair price. Install the new AC system and furnace last June they have been out to my house over five times because my air conditioning unit keeps freezing up there's nothing they can do but keep checking the lines and telling me that I can't set my air conditioner below 68 they refuse to replace any parts they refuse to replace the air conditioner they continue to keep sending people out and they aren't doing anything about it besides telling me I'm not supposed to set my air below 68 and it's my fault that my air is freezing up I have two houses and never had a problem with any AC unit until they installed mine less than a year ago and have been out five times because it's freezing up that should not be happening with a unit that's less than a year old I asked him to call the owner the technician refused to trying to get the problem resolved by them replacing it when it is already warrantied but they will not read more

We saw Greg on a service call and asked him for a card because our central air conditioning was not working. Called immediately and Greg was able to service the air that day! Honesty and Integrity is what we found! We will never use anyone else! I just had my hot water tank replaced by Miciah and Evan. These two young men were very polite, respectful and had full knowledge of what they were doing. They removed the old hot water tank and cleaned up all the water that was still leaking from it as they took it out of the house. My scheduled time was 2pm-4pm. The job was completed in 1-1/2 hours max. Superior beat some competitors price by $200.00. I had just called them on wednesday and my new hot water tank was installed friday afternoon. We had an air conditioner installed. They did an amazing job. Quality work! A week later we had an emergency. Our kitten fell down a vent so I called 911. They sent animal control over. Animal control didn't help and told me to call a HVAC company. The HVAC company (NOT Superior Comfort) told me to call the vent cleaners. Vent cleaners said they couldn't do anything about it. I called my husband from work. He had Tony's Cell phone number, (Tony works for Superior Comfort) and Tony came ASAP. He was able to save our little kitten. Definitely not superior. Friendly and polite but very expensive and my experience was very poor. Furnace not working, intermittent problem. The first tech cleaned a condensation tube that was dirty but not plugged stating that was the problem. After finishing he tested the system and it still didn't work. He told me that it just needed to cycle a few times but it would be fine. REALLY? That charge ($125) would have been fine if it had worked. Up all night again as the furnace was not working and they did not have an after hours number. Tech 2 came out and finally determined that I had a bad board. ($90 - $100 if I were to buy). He charges me another $300. When asked about the $125 from yesterday his reply was, "well I didn't charge you the $75 service call for today. Seriously? So not only did you leave me cold for another night but you charged me $425 for a job that should have been around $250 -$300. read more

I waited 6 days just for my Quote, Tony made it back in a couple days after I called and told him the furnace quit. I thought he would have the quote, only to find out that he did not, he said it will be a couple more days.IT was over 3400.00 for a furnace. also on the Quote, he said I added two gallons of glue and a paint brush so you can crawl under the house and seal your duct work yourself..... really!!! I also got another Quote from ALERT heating and cooling for 1800.00. And the owner sat at my table and gave me a quote before he left my home.Since Tony took so long for the quote, so I could compare prices, it actually made me miss the opportunity to get a furnace in two days from the other company...3400.00 bucks,,, must of been some really expensive glue. read more
