I have been doing mine and my wife's taxes for several years now with software programs without any difficulty. This year after clicking through the prompts, I was informed that I would owe a considerable amount in additional taxes, which frankly seemed incorrect, as we even withheld additional money over the last year. Late in March, I shot Bob (and several other local CPAs) with several questions. He responded quickly, and answered all my questions. We had an appointment, and I really liked his professional office and the 1-on-1 environment. This is not a Tax Preparer that does your taxes in a booth at Walmart, or with a roomful sitting nearby. Bob is a CPA that has been preparing returns for many years, and this was very obvious. Our return was ready within 7 days, and thankfully he was able to untangle the mess, finding a sizable return! We will be returning to Mr Hampton again for many years to come, and I highly recommend using his services.

Getting emails they did a home inspection. The quote they did send was not even close to what my home is. I called cancelling a quote. I have called and requested if they did indeed start a policy that they needed to cancel immediately and I am still getting emails from them about a policy that I do not have. They have not returned a single call. Next step is to file a complaint with the Texas Department of Insurance and the Office of the Attorney General.
