While I didn't have Integrity replace the battery I was very impressed by Michael's honesty. His company name, "Integrity," is very apt. I didn't have any expectations that they could repair it but they did. It has been a couple months since we got it back and it's working perfectly!! Then today I brought a much newer cuckoo in that had a part come off inside. I couldn't figure out how to put it back together so I took it in just for advice on how to put back together. To my amazement they took it behind the counter and in 15 minutes it was fixed. The crazy part is that they charged me $5.00. That's right FIVE DOLLARS. You can barely get a cup of coffee for five dollars. I can't tell you how happy that made me. However I felt bad because they should have charged $30 and I would have happily paid that. These people are the best!!!

When I'd called Swatch (Omega's parent company) they said they'd charge $450 just to look at the watch and additional fees would be added on from there. Mike at Knight Watch examined the watch, realized there were some definite challenges with it. Initially Omega said they did not have the parts but he was able to continue to push to the original source company. He got the parts, fixed the watch all for less than the fee Omega said they'd charge just to look at it. It's a privilege to work with true craftsmen who have the highest levels of integrity. Craftsmen and artisans seem to be a dying breed. The idea of repairs is becoming lost in a world…read morethat is more and more buy, use and dispose. This family run business is one of the few remaining places practicing actual horology. The expertise and care with which their work is treated is wonderful to see. The store is small and neat with wonderful pieces in the display cases, and work is completed quickly and competently. This really is the only place in town you should go to for work on your precious time piece (especially Rolex). Mailing stuff to Rolex and Omega takes months and the work is a crap shoot (believe me I've done it enough times and cursed almost every time I got my watches back). I checked out other jewelry places in town and mostly was met with "yeah I don't do that but I can mail it for you." It was very refreshing to meet people that: 1) understand your time piece, 2) know what went wrong, 3) can easily repair it without destroying your treasure. All the thumbs up.
