I have an Omega Constellation watch that was a wedding gift from my wife. It had some very serious…read moreissues. Specifically, the hands were broken off from the post and one of the gears inside the watch had a broken tooth. When I'd called Swatch (Omega's parent company) they said they'd charge $450 just to look at the watch and additional fees would be added on from there. Mike at Knight Watch examined the watch, realized there were some definite challenges with it. Initially Omega said they did not have the parts but he was able to continue to push to the original source company. He got the parts, fixed the watch all for less than the fee Omega said they'd charge just to look at it. It's a privilege to work with true craftsmen who have the highest levels of integrity. Thank you Knight Watch and Jewelry.

This family run business is one of the few remaining places practicing actual horology. The expertise and care with which their work is treated is wonderful to see. The store is small and neat with wonderful pieces in the display cases, and work is completed quickly and competently. This really is the only place in town you should go to for work on your precious time piece (especially Rolex). Mailing stuff to Rolex and Omega takes months and the work is a crap shoot (believe me I've done it enough times and cursed almost every time I got my watches back). I checked out other jewelry places in town and mostly was met with "yeah I don't do that but I can mail it for you." It was very refreshing to meet people that: 1) understand your time piece, 2) know what went wrong, 3) can easily repair it without destroying your treasure. All the thumbs up.
