I wanted to create a custom ring that combined my engagement and wedding rings into one. They were very professional and attentive as I explained I needed a bezel setting to keep all the stones secure so I could wear the ring on a daily basis. They were very knowledgeable, patient and flexible. They listen to your ideas, create a wax model with the stones set into it and once you are happy, they craft the ring. Great, thorough process! They were happy to answer any questions anytime. I wanted to have the ring ready in time for my anniversary and they delivered! It is a gorgeous handmade ring with beautiful craftsmanship! These stones very very special and I was nervous leaving them. McNulty had great reviews so I gave them a try and am glad I did! They are very detailed when accepting your stones and give you a detailed written receipt describing the stones. They are fully insured so the stones are safe. They are happy to let you examine your stone through a 10x loupe (incredible to see the stones close up) and give you their full attention to make sure you are satisfied.
