Michael, the owner, 'fixed' my phone screen and left its unusable. I couldn't take photos , make calls, and the touch was not calibrated. I messaged michael a few times to get the problem fixed and he either a. Did not respond to me b. Tell me he'll come at some point in the day and did not show up. I understand he runs a business but I can't sit around all day day with a phone that doesn't work that I use to talk to people I work with. After no luck I went to get a new phone because my bosses were not happy I couldn't answer the phone. The guy at the Verizon store informed me that my account and Phone are blacklisted from Verizon because the pins on the eSIM were bent/damaged that indicates attempts to jail break the phone.... I messaged Michael again for about a month trying to get my money back and he a. Either would make some story about how the refund wasn't processing or b. YOU GUESSED IT not respond to me I truly do not understand how someone can run a business like this breaking peoples property and not have the INTEGRITY!!!!!!!!! To own up to mistakes and just process a refund. Customer service was abysmal. I had to buy a new phone and he isn't giving me 500$ for a service that didn't meet a standard. I told him he could have the part of the phone back for the money.

Craftsmen and artisans seem to be a dying breed. The idea of repairs is becoming lost in a world…read morethat is more and more buy, use and dispose. This family run business is one of the few remaining places practicing actual horology. The expertise and care with which their work is treated is wonderful to see. The store is small and neat with wonderful pieces in the display cases, and work is completed quickly and competently. This really is the only place in town you should go to for work on your precious time piece (especially Rolex). Mailing stuff to Rolex and Omega takes months and the work is a crap shoot (believe me I've done it enough times and cursed almost every time I got my watches back). I checked out other jewelry places in town and mostly was met with "yeah I don't do that but I can mail it for you." It was very refreshing to meet people that: 1) understand your time piece, 2) know what went wrong, 3) can easily repair it without destroying your treasure. All the thumbs up.

Specifically, the hands were broken off from the post and one of the gears inside the watch had a broken tooth. When I'd called Swatch (Omega's parent company) they said they'd charge $450 just to look at the watch and additional fees would be added on from there. Mike at Knight Watch examined the watch, realized there were some definite challenges with it. Initially Omega said they did not have the parts but he was able to continue to push to the original source company. He got the parts, fixed the watch all for less than the fee Omega said they'd charge just to look at it. It's a privilege to work with true craftsmen who have the highest levels of integrity. I burned an entire lunch break trying to come here…read more "Well why'd you do that?" Because apparently this place closes at 4PM. They work 9-4. That's better than bankers' hours! Since I, like most people, have a real job that starts before 9 and ends after 4, my only option is a lunch break run. So I drove the ~25 minutes to get here just to be greeted by a sign that says "RAMSEL'S WATCH REPAIR HAS MOVED!!" To make it worse, they don't even have the goddamn decency to say WHERE they moved to. According to the sign you have to call a number to get the new location. Okay, whatever. I called the number... NO ANSWER! And the icing on the cake, the voicemail message tells you to call ahead (I bet that the irony of having to call just to be told to call head is lost on them), and doesn't even give you the new address! So they moved but refuse to give you info on where they moved to, or to update their business info (either on Google or here) stating that they moved or update the address! One star for wasting my time.
