I didn't have any expectations that they could repair it but they did. It has been a couple months since we got it back and it's working perfectly!! Then today I brought a much newer cuckoo in that had a part come off inside. I couldn't figure out how to put it back together so I took it in just for advice on how to put back together. To my amazement they took it behind the counter and in 15 minutes it was fixed. The crazy part is that they charged me $5.00. That's right FIVE DOLLARS. You can barely get a cup of coffee for five dollars. I can't tell you how happy that made me. However I felt bad because they should have charged $30 and I would have happily paid that.
