I first came across All That Photo Booth at a Vandals concert in Anaheim. I got their information so I could possibly hire them for my 30th birthday party. I contacted them up via email, Chris responded immediately and was able to make the whole process really smooth. They are definitely the best deal in Orange County when it comes to photo booth rentals! Plus, everyone in the picture got a copy of the photos, they come with fun props, and they let me choose between 3 different layouts they designed on the photo strips! AMAAAAZING! He was able to use the bride and groom's photo as the main background with their personalized names and wedding date on the printouts. Chris returned my emails promptly no matter what time of day. He included a scrapbook album in the package that met my budget. Their closed booth setup can fit a ton of people which is great for parties. They have a great selection of props. First off I found this company on Groupon and when I called to see if they were available the owner asked me to cancel my Groupon and booked directly from him at the same price and for 14.00 more he would give me unlimited prints. Booked back on 5/23/15 - party on 6/13/15. Sounds great right? He took my money and I scanned back the contract. I never heard from him until I called the day of the party to see what time he would be there - he said "oh your party is today?" I started laughing and said you're kidding right? He said no - I never got the contract from you and that he sent me an email back. I never received an email or call from this guy. He said do you still want us to come? I said yes of course we need the photo booth for the party. He said OK we will be there at 8pm (original time was 7:30 to set up with an 8-10 photo booth time - which I paid 214.00 for). He said Ok see you then - then he calls back about 20 minutes later and says that he cannot be there until 9pm do I still want him to come. I said yes I need you at this party. He called back at 9pm and said his worker was stuck in traffic behind an accident do I still want him to come? I said yes get here as soon as you can. He called 5 more times saying that he does not think his guy will make it. The guy shows up at 10pm and takes 30 minutes to set up - we enjoy pictures for 1 hour and when I go back to take some more pictures at 11:40 he is already in the middle of packing his equipment - so we only had one hour of which I paid for 2. Now you would think that any good business man would refund all of my money for such a screw up but this guy wants to argue with me and only refund part of my money - he finally agrees to refund 1/2 - that is the best he would do - WOW - go ahead and book this guy if you don't actually want a photo booth but unfortunately we did and he ruined that for us. read more

The photo booth is closed, but big enough to fit a lot of people and easy to use. The owner, Chris, was very quick to respond to e-mails and answer questions, sent me samples for custom photo strips (revising them until we got one I liked), arrived ahead of time to set up while we finished decorating the venue, and was very professional. Several people from my party confirmed it. I threw a surprise 40th birthday party for my boyfriend and Chris totally came through. The ALL That Photo Booth was a total hit. He was extremely patient as well. I have a little cousin that can sometimes be annoying. He wanted to help Chris... LOL. Chris was nice enough to let him cut a picture or two. He arrived on time and stayed the whole party. I could not have been happier. I was also impressed that he was able to get everything I wanted on the photo strip. I had asked if he was able to have the photo strip say "Happy 40th Damion" and then "I (heart) the 90's" underneath.....he didn't confirm he could do it...(I'm sure he must have gotten busy creating it), but low and behold, it was printed at the bottom of every photo strip. Unfortunately I would not hire this company. They arrived about 1 hr 45 min late and had the wedding started on time, they would've ruined the ambiance with sound etc of the ceremony by setting up. They even had the nerve to set out a "tip" jar! For what service they provided is beyond me as the owner's brother and his gf sat there eating the food we provided them from the dinner and this service does not deserve a "tip". Insulting to guests too. The worse thing was the timing was off when the countdown tookplace in the photo booth. So every picture was snapped after it appeared to have taken the pic. I've been at many events with photo booths and never had this happen. They arrived late and insisted they had to leave at 7:15 because they came from one event got stuck in traffic and had to go to another event in SD. Talk about cramming in too many bookings and giving terrible service.On top of that, the owner's brother told the mother-of-the-bride.."you got what you paid for and nothing less" WITH an attitude. I guess the great price was not a great price afterall because they were terrible. The owner may want to rethink having his brother work for him. read more
