Harrison at Click n Smile is wonderful! He was very prompt in responding to all my correspondences. I asked him to do my entrance "thank you" pictures at my wedding, which he had never done before. He worked with me and figured out all the logistics to make it work. Because I had a lot of communication issues with my other vendors, working with Harrison was such a breath of fresh air. He made sure we were completely happy with our template design and made any changes I asked of him. On the day of my wedding, he was there and ready as soon as the event started. He was so nice and patient throughout the entire ordeal. We had 320 guests, so getting everybody on the same page was not easy. The pictures and print quality were great. The pictures were printed out immediately after, so the guests only had to wait around for a minute to get their pictures. I couldn't have asked for more from him. Now, more than a month later, I realized that I lost the email he had sent me with the link to my pictures. I emailed him, and he responded 2 minutes later with the link. Now, I wish I had gone with him for my photo booth too because I hated the vendor I chose. Harrison is very professional and friendly, and I will be sure to recommend him to anybody who needs photo booth and/or entrance pictures. The picture quality is very good and the pricing for the booth is very competitive. I've been helping my friends look for good rates since i like to network & I've heard other competitors charge about $800 for 2-3 hours. This company only charges $400 for 2 hours or $500 for 3 hours! That's a great deal if you ask me! I spoke to Harrison to get everything ready and he was extremely professional with the transaction. On the day of the event, I met the team members that were going to maintain and run the booth. They arrived on time and even had the booth match the theme of my sister's party. They had their own setup and I didn't have to worry about a thing. My sister and her friends went through the booth more than I expected but the photo strips kept printing.
