I liked how they had Paw Patrol and Pj Masks books for my toddler (because they are both slightly relevant and playing on TV). The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the BAM! reward program. It is a great opportunity to purchase a useful gift, to give your kids a shopping break and to indulge your own interests. Although small, it still has many books and various items of interest available. My eyes locked on the calendar section because I love the daily calendars, (trivia, history, words, jokes etc). They are just very interesting or very entertaining. New additions include, people of Walmart and signs that you would see outside of churches. I opted to purchase the "Don't sweat the small things" calendar which will hopefully keep me focused on what's important and help me to better manage times of stress. It is a welcome addition to my tool box of ideas to help me live a more positive and calm existence in 2016. I also purchased one for my daughter who as a college student will definitely appreciate having a tool to help her deal with everyday stresses and concerns. Encouraging words are always appreciated especially for those of us who may get "stuck" and ruminate instead of moving forward.
