Two of my senior, rescued dogs had to be euthanized and they made saying goodbye a little bit easier. I do wish we had a 24 hour emergency vet close by. I recently lost my 15 year old dog from a seizure that lasted 2 hours. By the time we got him to Indy he had suffered irreparable damage. I am planning on staying with Country Critters as long as I have pets.

I am so so disappointed and disgusted with the way that my 2 boys were treated. I don't know how someone who works with animals could treat them so harshly. When i walked in i was greeted nicely by the receptionists, then came the techs- not very nice but not rude/mean either, neutral. then came dr. Shockley. As soon as he walked in my boys were scared. hiding under the chair. i asked him to look at my pups deformed paw and he didn't even bother to actually pick up his paw and look at it. just saw it from a distance and said it was fine. then moves onto my other boy- PICKS HIM UP FROM HIS COLLAR. NO ARMS UNDER HIM TO SUPPORT OR ANYTHING. & CHOKED HIM. my poor boy is coughing and expresses his anal glads out of the fright. i should've walked out right then and there but i didn't. please don't take your pets here until he retires & is gone. if he is burnt out and tired of working he shouldn't be there anymore. period.
