She was friendly and understanding of the urgency of the situation. She took my number and called back within 15 minutes, telling me that she could get a truck there sometime today between 11 and 3:30. She went over pricing, and I know they could not have charged me for the 'rush.' When the guy got here, at 11:30!!!!!, he could not have been more nice or professional. We have found our new 'septic professionals.' Update 08/15/2015 We had a problem with our main line, and needed it snaked. Smith could snake from the tank to the foundation, but not past that (I assume due to licensing restrictions, but I didn't ask) and I did not think that would solve our problem. The woman on the phone was both sympathetic and helpful, even suggesting we call another local company!! I took the number for 'the competition,' and thanked her very much. What an amazing company!!

I can't recommend Simmons and especially Derek any higher. He is meticulous in laying out and building the system layer by layer. We have a 1500 gal septic tank thru one distribution box into a 20'x40' leaching field. Watching him use the excavator to clear , level , lay rocks, and leeching pipe is a sight to behold. It's like an extension of his hands. Lastly the price was very reasonable compared to other quotes received. It's amazing how wide the range was. We have a 3 bedroom split level with 1.5 baths. It was Thursday morning around 8. Steve avery showed up at around 1 pm and acknowledged that the pump should be replaced. He had the chamber pumped on Friday and said he would get a new pump. We had to refrain from using excessive water. He just left us hanging. I called Friday evening and he said he had the pump but wouldn't work on it til Monday. Monday came and went and he ignored our calls. Also Tuesday ignored our calls. Tuesday night promised Wednesday morning. Nothing. Finally came by Thursday without speaking to anyone, left in 30 minutes . No communication until Monday when we got a bill. Still no communication but assume work is done. Called and asked for information on warranty. Still nothing. It's been 10 days​
