they have filled all my alkaline battery needs . the staff is friendly and there are enough that you are taken care of quickly

Three times in about two month my family went to All-tra Battery. Each time we received great service! I had recently purchased a used car that seemed to randomly need boosting. Milo tested it, explained the cells were dry and told me my options. His upbeat attitude really helped my stressful situation. I wasn't pressed into purchasing a new battery but when I heard the price, he switched them out and I was out in about ten minutes. He said things like 'you're in luck! We have some!' Or 'even better, this one is less than I quoted you' Years ago, I brought in a battery for an electric bike. The staff recognized what it was and I wasn't even through the doors when he came to take it from me. He explained to me the expected life of the battery and how best to store it in the winter. One of their staff even added a tidbit on cell phone batteries and how to get the best life out of one. I recommend anyone to see them about any battery needs. read more
