I've used this company for a couple of years and was paying $45/month for their lawn treatment plan. Unfortunately, this summer (July-August) a weed issue went untreated and ended up overtaking most of my grass. I only got real attention after escalating the concern myself. A supervisor visited, openly acknowledged that the service had fallen short, and refunded two months of payments -- which I appreciated. He also explained that the lawn is now damaged enough that it will need to be restored next spring.(Read I will need to pay to re-sod it) At the moment, my yard is patchy, brown, and in far worse shape than before, I want to note this is the original yard I've had at the house for 17 years and having used other treatment services) - their back-office obviously didn't get the message - so I still continue to receive calls to book additional treatments. I'm sharing this so other homeowners understand the experience I had. The supervisor was professional and honest, but the overall lack of proactive care and follow-through this year was disappointing. I hope their service approach improves because the situation could have been avoided with better attention earlier in the season. read more

I LOVE All Turf. Cameron Wilson (our yard tech guy) is amazing! Honestly - he comes on time - helps me with issues on my yard (now gone!) he is friendly, helpful and I just LOVE working with Cameron Wilson and the All Turf team. We have been using this company for more than 4 years. Our yard is gorgeous - weed free - green - and really I think we are the best yard on our street! We have had a wonderful experience with All Turf. They do a great job on monthly service, but also weed kill, and seeding and aerating too. My tech - Cameron Wilson - is the BEST. We used All-Turf for 7 years. They were great for 6. The last year has been terrible. They are not responsive and have allowed tons of weeds to spread through our lawn. They make up arguments about environmental factors causing the weeds, yet nothing has changed in my lawn for the last 7 years. The QA manager doesn't know what he's talking about and the area manager backs him up. They will not accept any responsibility for their poor service. Their arguments about why my yard has weeds don't pass the scientific smell test. I have a PhD in Chemistry and can explain how the chemicals work and what affects their potency and efficiency. Stay away and give someone else your money. You would have better luck throwing your dollar bills in the grass to block weeds than paying All-Turf. read more

Several years ago, we hired All Turf to care for my 85 year old mother's large lawn. Given my mother's age and how extremely picky she was about her lawn, Kevin went out personally to meet with her. He treated her with great respect and valued her input. All Turf's service for all the years after that has been reasonably priced, very reliable, and most importantly has created a lawn that looks like a carpet. After each service, the technician leaves a sheet stating what's been done, what was noticed and what we need to do. We couldn't be any more pleased with All Turf and their personnel! read more

If it was possible to give -5 stars I would. Had them last season and the beginning of this season and had to cancel. Have more weeds and crabgrass than ever. I have given them multiple chances to get it right and they failed.If you are looking for a lawn service BYPASS this one. They even had the audacity to charge me me for the last service that wasn't done, and if it was it was half done. Do yourself a favor look elsewhere. read more
