I needed to get out but with his truck was in the way and I could not see to safely get out. This was a very dangerous situation. My wife directed me out, and she said something to the guy, and he was not concerned for the safety of the residents. Very poor attitude. As I was leaving another resident tried to get into the complex and had to stop on E. Piedmont and wait for me to get out. Again a very dangerous situation. Unfortunately, this summer (July-August) a weed issue went untreated and ended up overtaking most of my grass. I only got real attention after escalating the concern myself. A supervisor visited, openly acknowledged that the service had fallen short, and refunded two months of payments -- which I appreciated. He also explained that the lawn is now damaged enough that it will need to be restored next spring.(Read I will need to pay to re-sod it) At the moment, my yard is patchy, brown, and in far worse shape than before, I want to note this is the original yard I've had at the house for 17 years and having used other treatment services) - their back-office obviously didn't get the message - so I still continue to receive calls to book additional treatments. I'm sharing this so other homeowners understand the experience I had. The supervisor was professional and honest, but the overall lack of proactive care and follow-through this year was disappointing. I hope their service approach improves because the situation could have been avoided with better attention earlier in the season.

The problem lies with the actual results Agropro delivers from their services. I have been on their premium monthly subscription service for over 4 years and my yard looks as worse as it ever has. Every year I go through a back and forth where I try to cancel and they say ohhhhh please don't cancel. We will send the manager out and take a look and get a plan together. And then they offer me half off aerating and ask me to give them another chance to make it right and talk about how they are gonna really hit it with pre emergents in the fall / etc. Nothing actually happens and they don't actually improve anything. If you want to pay $70 a month for 4.5 years to see no improvement in your yard, choose Agropro.

Shortly after the respray we noticed a pattern of tremendous damage to the majority of our shrubs, trees, rose bushes, hydrangeas, even several of our healthy banana trees toppled over. We hired an independent professional to evaluate our entire property. They confirmed that the harm to our landscaping is consistent with the treatment that Agropro improperly applied. We tried to work with Agropro for a solution. Agropro defended their chemicals, offered to give a a "soil enrichment", suggested we pay additional for shrub and bush maintenance, and said all of our plants and shrubs were salvageable. This Spring, everything remains damaged consistent with the application of the chemicals. SAY NO TO AGROPRO.

The first day was a hot, sunny day. The man who came aerated my lawn. He told me that he was too tired to do anything else and he was going home. He wanted to be paid even though he had not completed the treatment. I already had a check made out to him for the aeration, as well as the spraying; so I showed it to him and told him that I would give it to him when he completed the work. He was supposed to come back the next day. Next day - no show or phone call. The third day someone came and completed the treatment and accepted payment. I fired them, but someone came at another time to treat my lawn. I told him that they had been fired. I would have continued to work with them except for the old guy who came out first blighted the whole experience.

Multiple emails and call to the company went unanswered until finally someone in the office reviewed some of the pictures I sent and offered their advice based on the pictures. They also for a full year neglected my fescue in the backyard and it has since all died and been replaced with moss. The Bermuda in the front has fair well but is always riddled with weeds they they "take care of" on various trips but I found myself pulling and testing them myself. We stuck with them for two years and no I'm off the service completely. It seems once I put in my notice to cancel they started doing only the minimum effort. They did the last treatment in March and I now have more weeds then I think I ever did since starting the service. I asked over and over to have someone consult with me on the condition of the yard. All I wanted was to get clarity on needs of the lawn and understand what I needed if anything to do.
