I love this company. I have been purchasing skorts from them through two school years. They make my back-to-school experience seamless with great customer service via email exchange, as well as quick returns at the store in Plantation, nearest to me. Rather than paying shipping to return via USPS, I drove here after work, as they are conveniently open on Fridays till 7:00 PM. Amber helped me search through the racks for the style and size needed and although the checkout process had a hiccup because they couldn't find me in the system, once I showed the online receipt to a supervisor, it was a smooth process from there. They had several machines stitching away at logos and even more associates on hand to assist the customers. Moreover, they have a lot of uniforms for healthcare and other industries available and footwear and socks. I recommend them! read more

This company is so wrong. Every year they send out the back to school coupons for kids' uniform literally ONE (1) day before the coupon expires. When you call them even 2 days later (after going through your emails) to ask them if they will honor it, All Uniform Wear says plain and simple - No, because the coupons have expired. There are also the stack of coupons on the front counter at schools. If the coupons cannot be honored why then are they even being generated??That is just unnecessary printing costs and gas to distribute. But, parents are not aware they are even at the school, unless there is a specific reason to be at the school over the summer. Then on top of that, on the coupon flyer AUW writes: "Tag us on your 1stday of school pics & win $100. #AUWDAY1" Really. Why would someone promote your company when you are operating in this way? All Uniform, would you really give out $100 for any and every student who simply posts their 1st day pic to your social media and you won't even honor a $5 discount? This is a sleezey promotional tactic that has only your interest. You're doing this because you have no major competition (that embroiders). They make the bulk of their money during back to school. So, the cost to print the coupons and distribute can be made up since parents are paying full price for the uniforms since the coupons are null and void. You're business promotions are so dishonorable. You lack ethics. read more

Ive never been to a uniform type store before so I can't compare this to others. I came into the store around 11 am and was greeted promptly and politely. I found the store to be average, it's organized but some what cluttered as they have a lot of stuff. I don't know if it's that it's near the end of the semester, but there were very few people in the store when I was there compared to what other reviewers experienced. I was looking for specific clothes for my clinicals and the sales associate (I think her name was Tia?) was very helpful as she had to run back and forth a few times so I could get the right size. They have fitting rooms in the back area with curtains. But you do need to work the curtains a bit so there is no gap. After finding everything in the right size, I needed to have my polo embroidered. I was told this would take about 15 minutes and although I didn't time them, it felt about right. My only complaint is that they didn't have any loose fitting pants through the thighs. But then again, I'm not sure if this is due to the business or what was picked for my uniform. read more

They make it imperative for their employees to get your name and telephone number. The oldest female employee in the store, appears to be the charge person, stated that it was a store policy for customers to provide their name and phone number in order to exchange or return and that the sales receipt is not sufficient. ...something suspicious there!! Not Walmart, Home Depot nor Publix, etc, etc, have such weird policy. I wonder if the information of innocent customers providing their personal information is being sold to third parties. It is illegal to force a customer into providing personal sensitive information in order to buy a uniform or any other item. read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would. It is in a run down strip center. I received a gift and wanted to return it. The item has the stores label on it so it was clearly bought there. The "manager" stated that if I didn't have a receipt there was nothing he could do. He even tried to tell me they don't sell the item there. The stores label was on the back! Now I'm stuck with a $28 item that I don't want and a sour taste in my mouth. I would never recommend this place to anyone. read more

Terrible customer service, completely out of the size and color you need when you go in and they never have your stuff ready on time, when they have the size you need. I wish the school my kids go to, would switch to a bigger cleaner store that kept enough stock and had good customer service. My niece is Plus Size and they don't carry pants in her size, so we go elsewhere to get her pants and the uniform store we get them from is everything All Uniform Wear isn't. They always have enough help and are lovely to deal with! I often go look to see if they have my kids sizes while I'm there for my niece and sure enough they do every time. First time at the store and I was very happy with their awesome customer service. They really went above and beyond to help me with the pieces I was looking for. Even so far as to offer bringing inventory from other stores to help me. The employee I was working with help me with find my particular needs and I'm really glad cause in no other store did someone help find exactly what I was looking for like that. They have a great selection of medical uniforms and a cool clearance rack. Where else can you find new medical scrubs for $5 a piece? I was impressed with the style and feel of their AUW brand. read more

Save your time and your money, and do not shop here! The customer service is practically non-existent, and the staff has no clue what they are doing. I made the terrible mistake of bringing a shirt here to get it and broidered. They completely ruined the shirt, and then had the gall to make me pay for another shirt so they could replace it. It took me going back and forth to the store five times, each time telling them over and over again what was supposed to be embroidered on the shirt, for them to get it right. Bottom line, they do not care about their customers! They do not care how much of your time they waste, and they do not care about the quality of their work or their products. This is by far one of the WORST places I have ever shopped at in my life. My experience was so bad that I felt compelled to write this in an effort to let others know about this establishment. My personal experience here was that the place was a complete mad-house; but, I somewhat expected it to be considering that the first day of school was quickly approaching.The check-out line was all the way to the back of the store, the aisles were jammed packed with people--both situations made it EXTREMELY difficult to move around the store or find ANYTHING you were looking for. I can say that the two ladies that assisted me (one helped me find uniforms and the other was a cashier) were pleasant and helpful. They were the only positive aspects of this visit. After waiting in line for what seemed like forever and listening to the loads of people complaining about the wait, poor customer service, and the length of time it took to get things embroidered, I finally made it to the cash register. I was told that the two items I needed embroidered (one uniform shirt & one jacket) would take a while, but they would call me when the items were ready. After five days passed with no call, I went back to the store to inquire and was told that someone would call me and provide me with a (claim) number when my items were ready. I just received that call yesterday, and school has been in session for days already. read more

if i could give this place a zero star, i would. we went in on thursday about 2pm. we found the area that had my daughter's uniforms but, couldn't find anyone to help. i went to the desk and ask a girl if they had any of the dark blue in the back, she said i don't know. then, she said that she would try and find someone. minutes ticked by, and the. finally i heard a guy in the back say no dark blue. so we picked out 2 gold and 2 royal blue and then looked for someone to help. finally found a gentleman to help with the dress shirt portion. so i went to the register and a woman said if you want to pay, get behind the blue line. ooookay...so then it was my turn and i explained to the cashier that the dress shirt needs to be embroidered. she said pay first and then they will take care of it. ooookay. ..so my receipt said 229pm and we sat down to wait. at 3 15pm they hadn't yet done the embroidery, so i went up to the register and the girl said you haven't received the shirt? ah, no. needless to say, we didn't get out of there for almost an hour after we paid. ridiculous, rude and slow. i hope the school goes back to the old place. read more
