That is inclusive of tip right? Apparently not, because the driver clearly doesn't get any of it. The Department of Labor should investigate this guys payroll to determine wether he steals from his employees, or just is a bad business man. The concern is safety going forward, even though the company may have nice cars etc, would you want to be in their hands if something bad happened? I do not recommend them at all. If you do, because there's literally no other limo service advertised besides them (PS, the advertise on Google as multiple companies), make sure you have a written contract and make sure the insurance is valid. Cover yourself, before someone like Randy decides to ruin your day.
